Came for dinner and we should have stuck to Marianas pizzeria like usual! Had reservations for 6pm, came in about 10 minutes earlier and they sat us and we waited about 15 minutes for the waiter to even come get our drink order. Then we just ordered our pizza too bc we didn’t know if they’d come back soon or not so we ordered a large pizza. That took till 6:50pm and a party of 4 came in about 15 minutes after us and got all their apps and actual plates before we even got our pizza?? Look at the pizza that took over 50 minutes it was so soggy and the first half of the pizza was still on the plate when I picked it up! Horrible atmosphere and not a friendly face at all! So short staffed and everything was slow!! Had to ask for my bread on 3 different occasions and then that wasn’t even good! I don’t recommend this place at all! Waist of money and a good time! Very disappointed!!

Stopped in randomly and was pleasantly surprised. Nice menu, mix of pizza, pastas and entrees. The personal pizza is enough to share and pasta is $2.00 off for lunch. House salad is very nice not iceberg lettuce bit a mix of greens. Stop in you’ll be surprised,

Ordered 2 large pizzas, one pep and green pepper the other Pineapple and ham. They said 25 minutes, we got there in 25 minutes and had to wait another 10 minutes. They made the pepperoni pizza as a small, they added spinach to the ham and Pineapple plus you could barely see the ham and it was do greasy we had to sop it up with 4 sheets of paper towels! When i called and spoke with Mark, a manager, he wouldn’t acknowledge the complaint and just said “what do you want, to make it right”? I said, acknowledging it would be a start. So he said “ok, so what can i do to make it right,”? He went on to say “well if you’re not willing to work with me……” and told me to have a nice day.

Had lunch there with the lady I’m a caregiver for today. She ordered the lasagna. What she got was a blob of noodles, cheese, little to no meat, and no tomato sauce. I ordered the eggplant parm. Not what I expected. I give it a 3/10. If the cook is too lazy to peel the eggplant, then it shouldn’t be on the menu. We won’t be back. Next time, it’ll be Angelo’s or Marianna’s.

Pizza was ok we went years ago and it was phenomenal so it didn’t live up to its quality but that’s to be expected. The owners nice and cooks the pizza I believe. The male hostess Ryan was super polite and professional and welcoming. The female hostess was also nice but one turn off was she asked the people eating there if they wanted dessert they asked for cheesecake and she went to an awkwardly placed dessert display fridge and grabbed a whole plate of cake and transported it to the bar area where I was sitting waiting for my order and she used a cake slice to get the piece of cheesecake then I was closely watching because there was no gloves or hand washing going on this whole exchange. The cake fell she used the cake spatula to pick it up which was fine then added some whipped cream and raspberry or strawberry drizzle everything was fine because her hands never touched the cake until she reached into the beverage fridge with her bare hands and grabbed a cherry with her bare hands from a container and shoved it into the whipped cream with her finger. That was definitely a turn off but there’s always more safety and health training that can change habits so I’m just hoping this review doesn’t come off wrong. But with the mediocre pizza that was a little pricey I can’t write this restaurant off for everyone else because I didn’t dine in and I just ordered some pizzas. Try it for yourself and see the older looks exactly how it did like 10 years ago and nice staff so if you’re nostalgic and want a dining experience and the fancy price tag this might be your cup of tea. Appears to be handicap accessible they have two level dining so you’ll be ok and I think they have a larger area for like parties or events I’m sure they would shine. Nice parking lot and neatened I’m the back of their shopping center off of 44 near Publix quiet location.

This is something I really don’t enjoy doing as this has been an establishment that my family has frequented for YEARS!! Had reservations for 6pm, we showed up early. Yes it was a Saturday night and understandably busy. We waited for over 40 MINUTES to get drinks, appetizers didn’t follow until at least 30 minutes later, and we were still lacking 2 of them. Again, they were busy so even though it was frustrating, the part that truly angered us was the actions of the owner. After almost 2 hours our food started to come out. The pasta dish was accommodating and seemed to be good, it wasn’t mine so I can’t speak personally but it did look good. Then came out the Prime Rib, which looked like a run of the mill steak, my uncle could barely cut through it. By the time the pasta dish was almost completely consumed, out came the pizzas. The personal pizza was satisfactory, however the large supreme, even a chain Pizza restaurant would have tossed that before attempting to serve it. It was undercooked, I mean gooey and soupy in the entire middle, it was absolutely necessary to use a fork to even attempt to eat it. The toppings slid right off showing the undercooked dough. Fluid oozed out around the slices on the plate and also the pizza pan itself. By this time we were fuming!! It was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable and we were starving having waited 2 HOURS!! Again, we had reservations. I admit I do happen to be a bit of a hot head but I held it together until the owner came over, his exact words were, in an extremely condescending tone “what’s the problem” of course my reply was not too pleasant. He said he’d been making pizza for over 30 years and this was normal. Apparently multiple toppings equals raw and gooey pizza. It was extremely hard for me not to throw it back at him. What I wanted to tell him after his 30 year statement was that I have flown on an airplane more times than I could count but it doesn’t make me a pilot. I informed him that our family had been coming to that establishment for years and we wouldn’t be returning, he didn’t care and told us that we would be playing full price for that slop. Even the servers were horrified at his actions. A simple “I’m sorry, what can I do to make this right “ would have sufficed, we would have probably calmed down and told him that everyone has a bad night and that we were appreciative that he acknowledged our displeasure and we would have been back. This place, we even had my grandmother’s Celebration of Life there!! We are all appalled, disgruntled and quit honestly hurt. It saddens me that we will not be back, no one deserves to be as disappointed and disrespected as we were. To the staff, you were as accommodating as you could be being as busy as you were and I feel so terribly sorry that you have to work for such an ugly spirited person. It wasn’t as much about the food as it was the lack of humanity. Both servers did ask if they could have another one made, but by that time it was after 8pm and even the entertainment was wrapping the night up. At this point we just wanted to go home and have dinner We didn’t desire to wait another 2 hours.

The wife and I had a gift certificate for Roccos and decided it would be a quiet night as it was a Tuesday, we were right quiet and quaint! Having never eaten there and all the people raving about Roccos we decided to give it a try, we were not disappointed!

Do not go there. Went last night food was Horrible. Calamari had no taste and the marinara sauce tasted like anchovies. We ordered 3 meals. All meals were horrible. My veal parm tasted like fish. We did not eat our dinner took it home for the dogs to eat. We order cannoli for desert . The ricotta cheese tasted sour like it was dunked in a bottle of lemon juice. The bill for this horrible meal was 159.00 We even asked if the marinara sauce was cooked with anchovies. They must fry everything in the same oil. The only discount they gave us was for the cannoli. We should have refused to pay the bill. I may dispute this bill with my credit card.
