I placed an order for pickup through a third party app called Slice. Slice sent my order to this location rather than Summerlin. When I got to Summerlin to pickup the food this was discovered. I called and spoke with the owner of this location named Dustin and explained what happened. He refused to issue a refund even though the food was sitting in boxes untouched and could easily be resold by the slice at a larger markup. Dustin continued to refuse to issue a refund saying he made the order as requested and he should be paid. After arguing for several minutes he finally did agree to issue a refund, although that never happened and the pending charge became a permanent charge.

Have been ordering from here about 2 years. Decided to dine in. The restroom was dirtier than dirty. Absolutely horrible. My 4 year old daughter had to use it so I held her up off the toilet. I’m sorry, but that definitely turned me off of ordering also. I could imagine what the men’s looks like. Sorry about this review, but I had to write it.

I ordered a large half pepperoni, half cheese pizza, calzone, and pasta with meatballs as part of my pizzeria test. Unfortunately, the cook was skimpy on the ingredients. The pizza had hardly any sauce and maybe ten pepperoni’s. The calzone was small and on the bland side. The meatball was not too bad and the marinara was good. Overall, I will not be back. There are other good pizzeria options in Las Vegas.

Not worth the high price. I thought i was ordering a lage stromboli in here it was a personal size for $12!! Come to find out they don’t even make a family size one like normal pizzerias in New York make….. Wont be back.

Pizza may be the most subjective food on earth. I’ve heard it said that there’s no such thing as bad pizza. I vehemently disagree with that notion. Some people love New York style and hate Chicago Style and some people love Chicago Style and hate NY. Personally, I say why not both? Sometimes I’m in a NY mood and sometimes I’m in a Chicago mood. When I’m in the right mood, either can be delicious. I can guarantee you that if I ever ask someone who makes their favorite pizza, if they say Pizza Hut, Dominoes, Little Caesars, Poppa John’s/Murphy’s, etc, they have immediately lost my trust on all culinary recommendations probably forever.

Customer service was amazing very kinda , but the 2 slices and a soda for 9$ that’s absolutely BS . The slices were soggy and had no type of crunch to the crust at all boarderline lightly toast bread , I’m born and raised in NY this place is not even close to NY style pizza smh it’s disappointing .should change the name to just roccos
