Let me start by saying. I am actually a fan of the Rolberto’s food chain.

This Roberto’s is right around the corner from my house me and my girlfriend go there frequently in order food especially when nothing else is open since they’re open 24 hours we always order the same thing me a bean and cheese burrito with sour cream added and her three rolled tacos with cheese and guacamole tonight I talked to Beatrice ordered what we always order the same thing get home my bean and cheese burrito has no sour cream and her three world tacos has no guacamole I call and talk to Beatrice she basically called me a liar and said that I didn’t ask for guacamole or sour cream and that’s why they both didn’t have it so I said are you calling me a liar I always order the same thing I wouldn’t order it without it cuz we wouldn’t eat that without the sour cream or the guacamole I’ve never been called a liar when someone messes up in customer service and does the order wrong or makes a mistake I just couldn’t believe that she’s basically calling me a liar didn’t apologize did it offer to redo our order and we go there all the time it’s just upsetting that she didn’t even try to make it right and I was being called a liar that’ll be the last time I go there me and my girlfriend which is saddening because it’s right around the corner and you guys are open 24 hours!

Food was so so. Carne asada burrito was full of fat and my taquitos were cold. Service was horrible. They messed up part of our order and when we went to tell the cashier, she became defensive. Her response was, next time check your receipt. I was not aware I had to double check my receipt because of her incompetence. Manger was useless and seemed lost. So sad this place has gone down hill. This place was actually good at one time. Going back to Habaneros down the street.

Ordered the cheese enchilada plate and when i got my food, it was just a handful of cheddar cheese stuffed in a tortilla. The cheese wasnt melted or cooked, just cold cheddar cheese. I used uber eats so i couldnt bring it back. I called and all the guy said was “oh i dont know”

Every time I am in Vegas I hit up Roberto’s. All the way from OKC! The food is great! Fresh! Can’t wait until next time!

I support small local business but this place needs some help with customer service. Apparently the owners brother is a cook who comes out of the kitchen to argue with customers. Food was just okay but customer service was absolutely horrible. Cashier was nasty to and elder couple in front of us. Won’t be coming back.

Again, another restaurant we do not have that we really miss. The food was GREAT and staff on top of it. To the owner, I just want to say thank you for bringing us great food. To staff, thank you for CARING about customers. We miss you and recommend EVERYONE give one of the Robertos a try. Great, fast, simply food.

I love Robertos. This location sucks. I’m done coming to it. Cook always giving me dirty looks(he’s been there for a while) and I’ll be going to another location. This is the only location that sucks. Beware.
