The food here is good for the most part, however they don’t always adequately fulfill additional requests despite charging a premium. We ordered a dozen taquitos, got charged for sour cream and extra cheese, and they only technically fulfilled the request. Last week we ordered the same thing and it was great, loaded, this time it’s dry. I’m not happy, let this be a lesson, check your order before you leave.

Stopped by to grab dinner and this location very clean, but the only issue was the restrooms didn’t have any hand towels ( very minor issue). I ordered the Carne Asada Fries and my wife ordered a wet burrito ( bean and cheese burrito with enchilada sauce and cheese on top).. I read the reviews about this location and I truly disagree with a lot of the negative comments about the employees and their language barrier, helping themselves to cups and other various complaints!. Every single business has its off days and quite often at times are short handed, but don’t act or take it upon yourself to demoralize an employee because of their accent or feel they aren’t moving fast enough to cater to your lack of personal professionalism!! When we went in to grab dinner, the cashier had zero problems with understanding us and we had zero problems with understanding her, and if you feel the need to take something past that invisible line past the register is called theft!!. The food was great and we are definitely returning because of the outstanding service from each employee and the food..

The burrito was GIGANTIC! Fast & friendly customer service. Fresh ingredients— it was so good; I ate at Robertos twice during my week in Las Vegas.

Right when you walk in the door it smells clean looks clean and staff was waiting to take my order. It’s been awhile as I started going to Don Tortaco out of convenience. But tonight I said let’s give them a try. Great Hispanic music playing. There was a long wait but it let me know my food was being made fresh. Ordered: 3 chicken tostadas, carne asada nachos, and 3 rolled tacos all for $24. Taste equally as good. Glad I took a chance and came back.

Horrible I am currently here waking out 930pm on March 8, 2023. I will never in my life eat Here again. They have kids cooking not to mention that chicken taco special is basically an store bought chicken just shredded not seasoned etc thrown in a fried shell. Not to mention the smoker Hispanic cashier whom was on her phone browsing on on fb is horrible. The fact that I’m is Southern Highlands and there is ultimately no good fast food restaurants around me is absurd.

Well this place is certainly authentic, whatever that means. The chips were warm which is usually the trademark of all great Mexican joints. The meat portions were large and plentiful. And quality for the price. The rolled tacos were Bueno. We asked to dine in but got it to go, we asked for chips and queso and got something with sprinkled cheese on top. The guacamole was liquefied. And I’m not sure if that was Salsa or hot sauce but it was also liquefied because that’s what they brought me when I asked for salsa. I had high hopes and it was worth the stop.

I haven’t been to Roberto’s for a couple years because the Don Tortacos are everywhere and happen to be closer to both home and work.

The amount of damage this place has done to my wallet and waistline since moving to Vegas is *more* than worth it! Their horchata slaps and the burritos are ginormous!

Absolutely delicious carne asada. The best tortilla chips I have ever eaten. The corn flavor was just simply that the best I’ve ever had.
