I ordered chicken taco combo with rice and beans. But the chicken smelled funny and tasted funny. I couldn’t even eat it, you could smell it from outside the bag. Thats not how chicken is supposed to smell. I didn’t even want to take it back and have them give me something else. The chicken smelled obviously bad, Why are they serving that to people?? I won’t come back to this location ever. I wasted my own money I won’t ever get back.

I’ve been there multiple times over the past 2 months and the cook with the playboy tattoo on his neck, continuously doesn’t wear gloves, I’ve seen him on his phone and go back to cooking my food and others (even after saying something before to the manager). I’ve had cold carne asada fries, stale burritos, green sauce mixed in with red, homeless people causing disturbances and numerous other bad experiences. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!

Who makes a burrito with just shredded chicken and tortilla!? Even on their menu it says it comes with tomatoes, onion, and bell pepper (it doesn’t). I know it’s not a fine dining establishment but short of being blacked out I can’t imagine anyone enjoying this bland sad food.

Came to the Roberto’s restaurant last and had the unfortunate pleasure of being serviced by this gentleman. Not only did he look under the influence he could not get my order right and order charged me. When I asked to speak with a manager he said why for I said because my order is wrong and you over charged me I’d like to speak to someone else. Again I was denied and then he said he does not speak English repeatedly and slammed the window in my face. This is ridiculous you mess up someone order over charge them and now you don’t speak English. The employees on this night shift are far beyond horrible.
