I love this restaurant and normally it’s fantastic! Today however I was disappointed when I ordered one of my favorites the bacon breakfast burrito. The tortilla was hard and flakey I’ve never have been served such a dry burrito. The bacon was hard and didn’t look like it was fresh at all. My sons quesidilla was extremely dry as well. Please correct these problems in the future.

1st of all the drive thru took 5 min to greet me then said “one sec” then took another 5min to actually take my order. I ordered 3 bacon breakfast burritos which they took 15min to give me. Finally get home and to my disappointment let’s just say they’re the WORST bacon burritos I’ve ever ate. They had no egg and whatever egg it did have was burnt; the bacon was old as if they had it in the fridge for a week and then reheated it the pieces looked black and we’re hard to bite; the potatoes were hard as well definitely NOT WORTH the $9 I spent per burrito and not to mention I asked to add sausage on one of the burritos which they charged me an extra $2 and it only had like 3 pieces of it. I hope the owner sees this and maybe retrain their cooks on how to properly make a burrito which isn’t rocket science and also have better care for the actual meats and not reuse it which isn’t healthy to the consumer just to save money when it’s clear the customer isn’t saving any.

Absolutely the WORST Roberto’s I’ve ever visited. What a waste, $30 dollars straight down the drain. We went in on 5/7; I felt so bad for the girl working. She was all alone and had 8 separate orders sitting in the lobby waiting for food. He make coworker was sitting in the office (I’m not sure what he was doing) but she kept running back to ask for help to which he ignored her. Long story short- I placed my order at 8:32pm. We sat and waiting along with each of the 8 other orders and slowly the poor girl started preparing all of our orders alone. She went straight from the cash register and office running, to cooking- no washing of her hands. Finally after 35 minutes the male cook came out to FINALLY help. I’m not going to speak for everyone else; for us, we waited for an HOUR. An HOUR for a bean and cheese burrito and chimichanga. We literally didn’t get our food until 9:37pm. Mind you, I watched her make my burrito at 9pm. It’s sat on the counter for almost 40 minutes before the chimichanga was done. It was ice cold by the time we got our hand on it. Again- for $30 there should have been some sort of apology. There were zero apologies, no refunds and no customer service. MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO DO BETTER. hire more people. Take care of your establishment. I blame YOU Martha, the owner, for this awful awful experience. I’m truly disappointed and disgusted. Never ever come to this location.

Food was good and the customer service was exceptional! Was in town for Bball tourney and decided to eat here. We all enjoyed our food and the guys there were great. We basically had the place to ourselves. I prefer this spot to the one on the strip(or close to it).

I can’t believe how nasty it was, and I’ve always loved Roberto’s! $33 in the trash! The beef in the tacos was some sort of crispy hard string, and the chicken well not good. Super bummed, but have a broken food and can’t just go there and give them there food. They were walking so slow and the girl up fron just sat and counted the tips SLOWLY.

Ever since I moved to Vegas a couple of years ago I have been to Roberto’s almost every week. I eat here all the time with my kids. It’s one of the few places that is reasonably priced where I can get a great bacon, potato, egg breakfast burrito, or a fantastic cheese quesadilla dinner special, and pay around $10 bucks. Drawbavk: the prices have gone up considerably in the last year. Today I was told they would charge me $3.50 for a small side of sour cream. That definitely bugged me and needs to be changed. A good place to get a cheap Mexican meal without having to pay a tip for service/waitering that you do not need. The chicken the chicken burrito dinner is also very tasty. When spiced correctly. The green sauce is exceptional and I pour it on everything. After ordering probably a hundred meals they only messed up one order one time which is a pretty good percentage.

We went to Robertos taco shop on 1530 W.Sunset Rd Henderson. It was super clean and friendly fast service. The food was great very tasty and good portions. I love this Robertos. Great job all the team there!!!!

Worst Robertos in Vegas/Henderson. If you order from here make sure you open up every item to check if it is correct (it wont be). Managers will argue with you when you tell them your food is wrong!!
