TLDR: we liked 3 of the 4 dishes we had, components of one of the dishes we liked was missing. It was nearly impossible to flag down our waiter, the table was pretty cramped. However when we brought up a concern, the restaurant quickly corrected it so we left on a great note. And the sauce on the steak is probably one of the best sauces I’ve had.

Their Pizza has CHANGED MY LIFE! Wow! I ordered the deep dish meat lovers pizza with bacon, sausage, pepperoni, Italian sausage & mushrooms. I will be coming back to this place whenever I’m on business in Chicagoland. Great service & great food. Go get you some Roberto’s!

We went there after my uncles funeral my cousins made the reservations at 1 apparently they didn’t realize how many people were coming which was a lot and they couldn’t accommodate us in the restaurant. They put us outside under the tent which was ok by me and my cousins, cause we were all in the same room but it took like 45 min or more to that I do understand they didn’t know how many people were coming my uncle was well loved. But as soon as they sat everyone they started to count heads and it was a set meal my cousins chose which was the chicken with sauce the pasta with sauce calamari for appetizers and salad and I tell u it was great. The only thing was there was a hair in the side of the pasta bowl when it came out it was so busy I believe there was over 50 of us there, so I know it was hectic for them it took a minute to tell server but he took care of it right away and apologized. I will be going back for there calamari it was amazing. And there cheesecake was amazing also I am a cheesecake lover.

Disgusting. Only good thing is the pizza. I’ve tried giving the food a try for the third time. It doesn’t taste authentic I rather go to Olive Garden next time. I was giving my baby meatballs and found a metal white piece. The fettuccini was the worst fettuccini I’ve ever tried the sauce felt like it was sour cream. I’m done with this place.

This place is all about the details. I have heard about this amazing Italian restaurant from four different people from different areas. I had high expectations and it exceeded them. As was recommended by someone I trust, the linguini with white clam sauce was cooked perfect al dente and to die for. The bruschetta was crispy and flavorful. The daughter’s lasagna was the best she had ever had, yet still had room for a slice of cheesecake for dessert (lunch dessert I might add). The waiter was true Italian and barely spoke English. The bar and setting were fantastic. There is not a thing bad I could come up with. Even the details on napkins in the men’s room did not escape me. This was one of the best Italian meals I have ever had. My 4th generation Chicago Italian wife agrees.

This was a great place for a business celebration dinner. Wide variety of excellent seafoods and pasta, with great options for our gluten free diners. Excellent wine menu, and we finished with great desserts. Frozen peach with sherbet peach ice cream is a great dessert.

Funeral luncheon for approximately 35 people. Attentive service with plenty of water & wine refills. Food was really good – enjoyed by all which included about 10 vegetarians.

My friends and I visited this restaurant for dinner and we were blown away by the fantastic service from our waiter! He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience, making recommendations and checking in on us frequently. Plus, the restaurant had a great ambiance and was perfect for a night out with friends. But what really stood out was the delicious food – every bite was heavenly and we couldn’t get enough! Would highly recommend.

Roberto’s presents Italian food at it’s finest. This is no ordinary suburban restaurant. Hands made pasta, seafood and twenty-one day dry aged steaks. Calamari, grilled and fried are to die for. Seafood pasta, Lobster ravioli and Halibut were so fresh and seasoned well. Service and timing was impeccable. Our family was so impressed with the delectable Happy Birthday surprise Tiramisu that we stayed for sorbet and coffee. Roberto’s Ristorante & Pizzeria should be on the list of go to Italian restaurants when in Elmhurst.
