A quaint little cafe that makes you feel at home as soon as you walk in the door. The wait staff was very friendly and patient with the people in my party, who needed a little extra time and asked a bunch of questions. I liked the coffee bar, it allowed me to make my coffee exactly the way I would at home. Most importantly….the food was delicious!

My family and I went out for a birthday celebration, they were so accommodating. They put us in a separate part of the restaurant for privacy. Their service and food was excellent. I got the lobster bisque, and the mushroom ravioli. It was delicious! All 14 of us enjoyed our food! Even the bread was excellent.Definitely give them a try if you haven’t!

Comfortable, smart-casual atmosphere and an interesting menu. Italian restaurants can be very predictable, but this was not. I had one of the daily specials, which was shrimp and little necks in a light broth with garlic and tomatoes over fresh spaghetti. It was really good! We also shared the calamari, which was very tender and lightly battered. The service was very good despite the fact that they said they were short-handed the evening we went.

Make sure to make reservations because this is a busy restaurant, why? Because is delicious. Great experience and customer service. Everyone that waited on us was super nice and attempted. I went there with my family and we had a great time. The food was delicious.

Service is average. They check on you once in a while. I have eaten in the best restaurants, Rome, Venice, NY, Sorrento, Boston, zero olive oil on the table. Personalities are bland. Cod Roberto a bit dry. Way more couscous than cod. They were more concerned about getting olive oil on the sidewalks than pleasing the clientele. I have never heard of this before… ‍♀️ ( Dud) The place next door is packed.

Roberto’s Cafe is an excellent addition to the Bristol restaurant scene. My son loves the Italian Breakfast Sandwich. It’s too bad their sub/grinder rolls aren’t very good. The other day, I got an Italian sub, and my son got the meatball. The Italian was fine ( it had an interesting meat selection and was nicely seasoned), and my son’s meatball was terrific. Someone at Roberto’s should ask the folks at Riccotti Sandwich Shop where they get their rolls from. So many places fail in this department. I would never order another sub at Roberto’s, but there are many other things.

Roberto’s got style! This amazing eatery is in a delightful little sea-kissed corner of bristol. One of the most friendly staff I have encountered, extremely helpful with selections. They have great wine offerings, and their food is excellent. Calamari cook to perfection, mushroom ravioli that is sure to ravish, and sorbet that is oh-so sweet!

Nice atmosphere, good wine list, server was pleasant. First knock is we had to ask for bread although there was already a little bowl of olive oil and garlic on the table. Bread took a while to get. Ok no biggee. I ordered the pasta bolognese and when the server dropped it off she asked if there was anything else she could get me and I wanted to say “the rest of my meal” (see pic). My wife’s eggplant parm was a good portion and she said it was good, but I felt like I was getting screwed paying $28 for it. I hate small portions, especially pasta that costs them maybe another $1 to double it. The taste wasn’t great either, so pretty disappointed.
