EXCELLENT service. Incredibly friendly service. We were in town to tour the five colleges. My husband ordered a beer with his meal, and we learned a new term when our server came back and said “that beer kicked, is there another you’d like?” I’m sure if you’re local, you’ll laugh at the idea that this was a new term for us.

Terrible interior. Outdated and very warm inside. Looks like a trailer. Food is okay, not for the price though. Service was slow and inconsistent. Servers kept forgetting silverware, plates and drinks and would skip over people in our party who were trying to order. I went here only for my grandmother but would never come here myself or recommend. Ive never had a really great experience here.

Nice casual fare, mostly Italian-American. The food is always good. Outdoor seating is available in season. Indoor seating is comfortable. Prices are reasonable. The menu is a little less extensive than in pre-COVID days (we miss the great burgers), but you can hardly fault them for that. The staff is friendly and always attentive. Definitely one of our go-to spots in town.

Went for dinner tonight and all I can say is I was completely let down by the quality of the food. The staff were fantastic and the bartenders were great! But the Gorgonzola bread came out looking and tasting like it was bread from big y that just had cheese thrown on top. The cheese was not anywhere close to melted there was no butter or garlic on the bread. It was awfulll and that used to be Roberto’s best dish. The salmon Alfredo Gorgonzola I had was decent but the fish was extremely over cooked. It’s just really a shame how far the restaurant has gone downhill. This used to be my favorite place to go!

Our table got small pizza’s chicken parm and the Roberto’s casserole. Chicken parm had 3 big chicken breast perfectly cooked and seasoned. Casserole was awesome with homemade sauce, meatballs, sausage and chicken. Pizza’s had a nice hand tossed crust with fresh toppings. Service was slow, but they were very busy. It was not a terrible wait, waitresses were really great!

I’ve been going here for many years. Great pizza just discovered they have cauliflower crust. It’s a gem. They care about the food and your experience there.

The marinara was way too sweet. Bad sign for a neighborhood Italian restaurant. Redesign of the inside is nice

Went with a semi large group, got pizza and a couple we went with got an entrée, the pizza was lack luster, while definitely not bad if was far from good. Additionally that couple I mentioned earlier their entire dinner was forgotten on the pass(thankfully the server didn’t forget it completely) but because of the fun we were having we didn’t notice until it was time to pay, thus the rating. Overall not a bad place curious to try some other options.

Have lived out of state for 20+ years and had not been to Roberto’s in at least that long. However, there are things that stay the same – good Italian food at Roberto’s. Service excellent and food everything you expect good Italian food to be. Generous portions and leftovers tasted even better next day. Thank you for still being a go to restaurant in Northampton.
