A pretty nice and spacious spot located along Spring Mountain Rd. They have a good variety of food so everyone can enjoy something. I personally liked the skewers. The yakitori and waygu skewers were excellent. They had tons of flavor and was tender. My friends enjoyed a variety of sushi items. The milk and cookies dessert is definitely a must try! The cookies are fresh and the milk has this slight peanut flavor to it, which is amazing!

Amazing food in the chef’s 8 course tasting menu… plenty of food, we were stuffed! Fresh fish, great flavors, and excellent service. We subbed the branzino for the uni pasta. Palate cleansers were a nice touch and refreshing. Yuzu dessert was delicious

Delicately designed delicious Japanese dishes. Advance reservation is needed. We ordered Chef Choice 8 courses, including 2 cold plates, 1 hot plate, 1 sashimi, 1 roll, 1 seafood entry, 1 meat entry, and 1 dessert. This 8-course is enough for two people, and took us 180 dollars before tax and tips. Staff here is very helpful and friendly. Dishes were served orderly and in time.

AMAZING PLACE! Not a single dish disappointed us. We tried to get a bit of everything around the menu, sushi included (not pictured). I really gotta say how top notch this place is. We also met the Chef. Very friendly and passionate about what he does. You can really taste the love put into the dishes. Service was very good too! Chef Ramir DeCastro is very talented and will def be coming back to try more and more dishes! A+++

Wonderful experience during a busy night. Bartender made hand crafted cocktails off the menu and the food service was impeccable. This was the 8 course meal for 2 people which was a lot of food. Barely had room for the homemade chocolate chip cookies at the end. ☺️

What a fantastic place. The chefs go above and beyond to create dishes with Japanese originality, and a twist of modern cuisine. The service is welcoming and on point. The food is beyond that of any normal sushi style restaurants. The toro and yuzu cold plate is the best cold plate I’ve ever had. Everything is made from scratch down to the noodles, and the taste of the food reflects the integrity in which it is made. New favorite restaurant with some of the best food I’ve ever eaten.
