Have been here 2 times in the past 2 weeks. service has always been great. Atmosphere is great and has a high end feel. Good while good is not amazing. Ribs fell of the bone and had good flavor but smoke flavor is too weak. Steak was severely under seasoned, on a side note it was cooked perfectly to order. Creme brulee while good, was mid tier.

Great patio. Friendly service. Food was excellent. Had tried to go twice. The first time they closed early due to a concert next door. The 2nd time excellent. Only thing is trying to get to the location can be confusing as you need to drive around the mall to get in. Otherwise great place.

Came for our first time. Our waiter was Alex. He was very helpful, respectful and very informative. Very nice young man. We will definitely stop in again. And we will be letting our friends in Sioux City know so they can visit here also. The place and the employees and the food is amazing!

It was good. I had a bacon maple Manhattan which was terrific. I had shrimp ceviche…tasty, lots of chips though which I guess is ok since it technically an appetizer. No real complaints. It was good.

Absolutely loved this place. Everything was spot on. Came across by accident and decided to try. The decor was so inviting,so warm. Not at all what I invisioned from pulling up. ( I thought it would be yuppie). No. It was not the service was great. I’m sorry, I wish I could remember our servers name, she was so friendly and accommodating.

Oh my Goodness we have been traveling the last 2 days from Virginia Beach Va to Hot Springs SouthDakota & stopped here for dinner at ROAM & we were Not disappointed at all. Clayton was our person of the night & was excellent with everything, service & checked frequently on us. Way to go Clayton….. wish we had a ROAM IN VA BEACH VA. Hubby had fall of the Bone Ribs me I had the rotisserie chicken seasoned the best I have ever had. Needless to say we were not disappointed with anything here!!!Thank you ROAM for a great dinner & drinks. $64. For everything drinks & dinners for 2 Yum ….
