Beautiful setting and wonderful food. The menu is small, but this allows attention to detail as opposed to too big of a menu not perfected.

Wow and wow!! It was ramen night here at Roam. Likely the best ramen I have ever had. Fresh veggies, excellent selection of meat and the seasoning with the broth base was simply astounding. For sure the Cold AF mojito was the best mojito I have ever enjoyed. To top it off, a crème brûlée cheesecake for desert was a delight to my taste buds….and my soul!! I’ll be “roam”ing by in the future for sure.

First time eating at Roam, not the last. Ordered a take out burger (I think they do a burger special most Wednesday nights). Was greeted by a friendly staff and burger was delicious. Great ingredients, perfect cook on the burger. Will definitely recommend—Look forward to going back. Thanks!!

The lady and I spent a week in the Vail/Eagle area and were lamenting how none of the restaurants we’d picked really lived up to expectations… Lots of mediocrity at too high a price. Roam broke that mold though, holy cow! Service, food, everything was all absolutely outstanding. Shoutouts to Dave for knowing & playing all our song requests too!!

Cannot recommend this place highly enough! It’s adorable and super easy access from I-70. They have a lot of gluten free options, and they were incredibly gracious about my additional dietary restrictions. There was a dog friendly patio out back, and the whole staff was great. The food was epic! The truffle fries were especially phenomenal.

We found this great little place a year ago on our annual sister trip…so we made a point to stop again for Sunday brunch on our way home this year. The food is creative, healthy, absolutely brimming with flavor and the owners and staff are so friendly and welcoming and make your time with them a true joy. We will always come back whenever in the area!!

Holy cow this doesn’t feel like the pokey town I grew up in anymore. Top notch food, drink, atmosphere and service. If you’re used to Roam as a food truck next to Bonfire, well it still is, but do yourself a favor and come sit down in the new digs!
