The landscape and outdoor seating is nice but that’s all you are paying for. The food is very disappointing and overpriced. I ordered the twin petite filets and asked for them to be cooked medium. They came out well done and very tough and dry. My friend ordered the exact same thing and his was well done also. If the place is going to charge $30 for a meal it should be cooked right. I would never go back to this place. A waste of money and time. Also the hostess gave us an attitude because we didn’t want to sit on top of the band.

My wife and I were there recently and everything was fabulous. They reopened maybe a week ago and we wanted to check out the place. The new menu was refreshing and we got every thing we ordered just the way we wanted.

Zagat’s ratings of this restaurant are very generous in my estimation. The decor is comfy and the outdoor areas are very nice, but the appeal ends there. We had a party of 8 tonight and they had us prepared to sit at separate tables, they had never told us they couldn’t seat 8 together. I found it especially puzzling that for being unable to seat 8 that gratuity is included (at 20% no less) for 6 or more. So we started off on the wrong foot, but unfortunately it went down from there. Empty drinks, water never served, and no one remembering who ordered what. The rolls alone took 25 minutes, and as I mentioned water never arrived. The food was further insulting, I’m not sure we ate anything that wasn’t out of the freezer, my burger was, it looked like my sister-in-laws chicken definitely was. This place is frankly embarrassing, they weren’t busy and the service and food were awful. Stay away

Not off to a good start!!! Sat at the bar for 15 minutes last night and the bartender didn’t even say hello let alone offer to take our cocktail order. So we went next door to your other restaurant, Brasserie 73 and sat at the bar for 15 minutes there and the bartender didn’t even make an appearance behind the bar (and it was 7pm) so we left with our friends and had our $400 worth of cocktails and dinner somewhere else. Might want to consider some better staffing. Ate there last month and the food was fantastic! Such a shame that poor service casts a dark shadow over a great menu.

I had dinner with my father and we decided to get a few appetizers & one meal to share. All of the food was delicious! The cocktails were tasty and unique & the service was beyond excellent! I’m looking forward to my next visit!

Phenomenal food but a bit pricier than expected. I had the short ribs & scallops over spinach risotto and it was delicious. My husband had the crab cake which was also really good. They have limited children’s options – only chicken fingers, pasta, and mac n cheese. We expected a casual restaurant given the name of the restaurant, but walked into linen napkins and tablecloths… and we were wearing jeans. Our food was delicious but we still thought it to be expensive.

Was there with my friend for a nice meal. NOT. I sent my steak back–I ordered medium and got rare. My scalloped potatoes were black on the bottom. My friend asked to have the scalloped potatoes instead of the mashed with her dinner and the waitress said “no, you can’t make substitutions, we don’t have enough scalloped potatoes.” The returned steak was not the steak I sent back but a different one. Guess what. Again rare. The chef came out, saw it was wrong and offered us free dessert. Like that made up for an awful meal–which we had the privilege to pay for! We are not going back. Not our first time there but we had waited a long time since we were there last time.

Food was delicious , waitress was awesome (Ally) but they definitely need to widen the dinner menu as not many options to choose from. Maybe they could get more of a crowd on Friday night if they could compete with other places in Skippack .Place was empty.

Went there last night with my wife because we know the Chef Matt is an awesome chef. Sadly when we were sat the manager was walking around cursing very loudly and slamming everything around. Btw, it was only my wife and I in here. We thought we were being punked. We politely got up and left and let the owner know what just happened and he seemed like he really didn’t care. I am a restaurant owner and I hate a bad write up but when you act like this in a classy restaurant and are the manager to boot you damn well deserve it.

This was our first time visiting the Roadhouse Grille and it will surely be the last. Our waitress was completely clueless. She even pinched my arm when I asked her about a menu item. We sat down at 7:00 and the food came almost an hour and 15 minutes later. My appetizer came after my main course. My wife ordered a pasta dish and upgraded the dish with grilled scallops. There were three at a cost of $10 above the price of the dish. I ordered the “Savory Grilled Fruit” dinner salad. It had 4 thin slices of grilled plum that were cold. Two slices of cantalope and no other grilled fruit. I added grilled shrimp at an additional price of $7.00 and there were only two shrimp. My salad was $19 dollars. Our bill was $68 without the tip. This is a really bad place to eat. The service and food were sub-par at best. We sat out on the patio and thankfully there was a really great three piece jazz band playing that made the time pass while waiting for what seemed to be an eternity.
