Today is my birthday and the owner was playing a happy birthday song which brightened my morning . The teas are awesome and the shakes fill you up so they are essentially a meal replacement. Another thing is they have a free workout on Saturday’s which is perfect for me. I highly recommend if you are in Richlands that you stop by and say hi to the ladies and grab a refreshing tea and shake. They also have donuts made with the protein they make shakes with.
