I enjoyed dining here today. Started off with chips and salsa. This was really good! You’re gonna get this for free when you dine in. Then we order the Passion Fruit frozen margaritas. They were delicious, nice, flavor alcohol ratios. Then I had the steak tacos with the cojita cheese it normally comes with mozzarella. The steak was dry and was not too flavorful. I added the Verde sauce, and it made it better. I didn’t enjoy the beef tacos. The flavor was different, almost made the food taste scorched. The Pico doesn’t have any flavor. I will return for the drinks and chips and salsa and great service!

I absolutely love this place. From the ambiance, to the staff and the AMAZING flavorful food. I’m excited to make this a regular place.

The food was delicious. It’s not a very big place. Lots of 2 seater tables and some booths. Plenty of seats at the bar. The meats on the grill for 2 plate were delicious! Our whole table only got rice as a side and no beans. I’m assuming they were out of beans? I would come here for the food, but only if it was two of us. The place is too small to accommodate more than four people in a group. The music was extremely loud. So loud I could barely hear the person sitting across from me. The volume definitely needs to be adjusted. On the bill, they add 20% gratuity instead of the normal 18% for large groups. They do not split checks. It is very difficult to sort out your check if you come in a large group. I find this makes it more difficult on the servers, therefore taking up more of their time. Allowing the splitting of the checks would make it easier on everyone. Lastly, they charge a service fee for using credit cards. The majority of people use credit cards, so this should be built into menu pricing. Don’t list a separate fee. Credit cards are a part of every day business. So to recap: come here for delicious food, but only if it’s with one or two other people. Be prepared to get charged a service fee for a credit card.

Love the ambience. I ordered a tamarind marg, chicken enchiladas Verdes with beans and rice. My bf ordered the pork chimichanga. Everything was so good and flavorful. Loved my enchiladas. I will be ordering this again.

First time at this second location. My expectations were not met. The food was not as good. It was edible but not awesome as the first location. The decor was great and the service was absolutely awesome. The service alone makes me want to go back. I’m hoping the food gets better. worth a second try.

I wanted to try this place because it’s still sort of new. First impression walking in the facility is small and clean but most of the tables were still messy from previous diners. The host at the door instantly put a bad taste in my mouth. There was no friendly greeting with a smile. When seating us she asked if we’d like the bar or table to which I answered “table”, only to be escorted to the tiniest tables built for the average sized middle school student. When I asked her if we could have a booth instead she snarled at me and said “well I asked you if you wanted table or booth”. I instantly had to snap back and tell her that she asked if I wanted “bar or table”. Which was then followed by a hefty eye roll. I should’ve turned around at this point. The only good thing about this place was the interior design and a very kind server (tall thinner, AA lady, very pretty smile). Taco Bell serves better tacos and I absolutely mean that and the drinks are over priced. Host 0/10. Food 1/10. Server 100/10. Someone should retrain the door girl or higher friendly people.

The main dishes were fairly tasty but the guacamole tasted watered down. The salsa was thin and tasted oddly like they used pizza sauce as a base, it was a little sweet.

It was okay. The food was mediocre and the service was very slow and unorganized. The plates were dirty, cracked, with pieces broken off. It took FOREVER for everything. Forever to be greeted, seated, served , food to come out, drinks, even to get the check. It seemed like only one girl was taking care of everyone while the other ones barely did anything. The one in Highland isn’t spectacular but it has way better service than this one.

I will not be returning to this location! Terrible service the whole time. We got seated and waited almost 10 mins for the server to take our drink order. We ordered a bucket of beer. Server came back 5 mins later and said they didn’t have buckets and if we wanted her to just bring beer out as we finish so they stay cold. We said yes. She finally came back 10 minutes after that with our 1st beer and it was the wrong kind. My girlfriend got a torta that was supposed to come with avocado, it had no avocado and when we mentioned that to the server, she came back 5 mins later with a side of avocado and she charged us $3 for it. We ended up canceling the bucket of beer since it took so long and was given the wrong beer anyway, she still charged us for the 2 beers that we didn’t order. We couldn’t get out of here fast enough.
