Do yourself a favour and avoid this sham of a restaurant.Travelling with my son recently we had time to kill between flights inside Newark Liberty Intl Airport, there are so many eating venues to choose from, now the riviera looks like a restaurant but is more of a film set you sit outside the said film set and you order extremely overpriced food from an iPad, my son wanted a burger so I joined him when they eventually came the chips ie fries were very cold not edible the burger was lukewarm, I went looking for a waiter and he was in the fake restaurant with another chap stacking boxes the inside was just full of boxes he agreed the fries were cold and said he would get us more, so in the meantime, we eat our burgers, he came back about ten minutes later with replacements and you guessed it they were exact replacements as they also were really cold where does this food come from? I say very very far away. So bad service cold food and overpriced I would be ashamed to own this venue.

Service absolutely terrible. This pre tipping trend is going to hurt the service industry. I placed the order on my phone with QR code. Paid for a meal that I have no idea if it’s going to be good and automatically tipped for a service that I hope to be served. Long be hold, my food and drink gets dropped off like I’m at a food shelter. Food is terrible and “server” that dropped off the food have never returned.

I sat down for lunch on 5/10 at around 1130 and ordered a glass of wine. It is a goto brand for me, so I know how it’s supposed to taste. She served me a glass that I knew wasn’t the brand I ordered. She insisted it was. I paid $28 for this glass of wine. I simply asked to see the bottle. I told her I didn’t want to pay for something I didn’t order. She disappeared and never returned to my table. My flight was about to board so I had to leave. I paid for wine I didn’t order or drink. Based on other reviews here, avoid this place.

This is the worst dining customer service I have ever experienced in my life. For starters, there isn’t even a waiter, you order on a tablet. The prices are ridiculous, $70 for 3 people. We just assumed that meant the food was good. But when they brought out our orders, my mother’s food was made incorrectly; they had given her fried eggs instead of scrambled, so we politely asked the food-delivery-person (like I said there were no waiters) if we could get some scrambled eggs. She said that we had ordered wrong and that the chef made what came in on the order. We said that no, she had ordered correctly and that we just wanted some scrambled eggs. She said that we had to pay for whatever we got. It went on and on and eventually we just gave up. Absolutely ridiculous. The prices were also insane for food that was just “okay”. I will never come here again and I recommend that everyone else do the same.

Horrible service! “I didn’t get half my order” “Nothing I can do about it” DO NOT order from this place. UPDATE: email complaint eventually resulted in a full refund. But I would have preferred good service at the time of order.

Small restraunt in the food court area of terminal C. Had the the sourdough with sunny side up egg, shaved ham(french proscuitto?) and parmesan flakes. It was very good and came out quickly. I was going to get a flatbread eggs benedict but they said it is no longer on the menu.

Sufficiently tasty chopped salad and burger! Took 40 minutes for it to come out, despite being the one of only a few patrons, and the burger was lukewarm. Also paid for an iced tea via the digital ordering system and then found out from the waiter they were out of iced tea. That was the only useful information provided during the meal as they had no explanation for why the food took so long. Memorably awful

Nice place for food inside the terminals. It’s a good idea that customer cab use the provided tab to order food while monitoring the flight details. The staff in here is very friendly and helpful.
