EVERYTIME !!!! I come here something is wrong !!!! It use to be really good but now it’s always bad or they forget something … Today I am over it …. I ordered 2 large pepperoni pizzas extra cheese … I have to wait 20 mins but that is ok for my food to be correct …. I get home and open the boxes and I have overcooked cheese with more sauce than cheese !!!! You should get what you pay for and then I call they refund my money but I’m like can I come get my pizzas redone like this was dinner for my family and the guy is like you can but you will have to pay … like what about the inconvenience and no dinner !!! Thanks for nothing and you have lost a customer I don’t care how affordable the pizza is !!!!

Apart from being one of the (now former) frequent customers at this place, a few of my last orders have all looked similar to this one or even worse. However, as a human who makes mistakes, I’ve decided to let it slide once, twice, even three times, but this last time ordering at this place quite frankly made me sick! This pizza, who I am hoping was made by someone who knows what they’re doing, unfortunately looks like it was made by a toddler. Nonetheless, to prevent from potentially causing unwanted attention or even making a scene if I was to return this order, I’ve concluded to simply let it go, and never again come back.

The pizza always tastes great here, and there is never really a wait. Didn’t give 5 stars because when I went to pick up my pizza, my order was wrong (my fault) and the employee at the drive-thru window explain why but was rude and didn’t really seem to care much.

This place needs new management, it’s dirty! the customer service is bad, all the employees are unkempt looking and it smells like cigarettes. I always bought pizzas there, but not anymore!!! They sold me a pizza that wasn’t finished baking yet

Ordered my food over the phone. Drove through the drive thru to pick it up and scraped my rim as the curb pertrudes out at an angle! My order was not ready so I parked and came inside. Once inside, I waited because the line was six people deep. I paid for my food which came up to 9.42. I gave the cashier 20.52 and he gave me a receipt. I asked for my change and he looked at me all confused! I said I gave you 20.52 so you owe me 11.10. He did not type it in on the computer so the receipt said he owed me zero dollars. He gave me the change and left the drawer open to go to the back and ask the cooks where was my food. I get the pizza and it’s thrown into the box with half the toppings melted in the side of the box! I asked to have it remade and this time could they remember to put all the toppings on the pizza as they left the sausage off the first time. While waiting for my pizza to cook, I watch the lady taking the pizza’s out and boxing them up wipe her nose with her t-shirt! SHE NEVER WASHED HER HANDS! When my food came up, the manager boxed it up and I told him of his employees and how poor of a job they were doing. I get home, only to find my pizza is not thoroughly cook. The edges were done but the middle of all four papa pan pizza slices were raw dough. I just trashed it and called it a night! Please do not order from this location.
