Very friendly and fast service! Food was astounding! Today 9/20/22 their Internet was out! They could not use phones nor their cash register! But still took care of me quickly! Food came out quick and perfect as I ordered! Give them a break for Pete sake! They can’t help phones aren’t working due to internet! It’s very misleading when you rate a restaurant only 2 stars based primarily because of phones! If you want their food, get off the couch and go to the restaurant to get your food! They definitely got 5 stars from me! Thank you riverside!

all there issues are rooted from the staff,I had a delivery order and they messed it up so I called back and told them the situation and the women was just really rude about the whole situation. After my second order arrived, it still wasn’t right. They didn’t even put the buffalo on the tenders, it was in a cup with oil all over it spilt onto the fries. So at this point I ask for a refund over the phone and the original women who took my order says I can’t get a refund, i questioned her and then she went to her manager and i ended up getting a refund. So like said above the food is good, just need some work on customer service!

Every time I order from here my order is wrong and my fries are always cold. I also have ordered a large fry and received a nearly empty to go box of fries that were also cold. I also have previously ordered the delight burger and received a very undercooked burger with just cheese on it and that has happened three times. Im officially done due to the fact of never getting what I order from here and the food always arrives cold.

Husband’s Hamburger overcooked. My order was incorrect, had to re-cook, ended up getting it to go because husband had already finished. Got home, it to was over cooked. Grilled zucchini was great. Love that they have great all of the veggie options and will allow you to customize your order.

Ordered Burgers, and a steak sub and had it doordashed. Came before I could blink. The fries, delicious, hot, and crispy. The cups of ketchup were convenient, not like the individual packets.

Really good chicken sandwich and fries. I was expecting a basic grilled chicken sandwich when I ordered and I was shocked when it came to the table and it was shredded chicken and tasted great!!! I will definitely be going back for sure. I noticed pepper steak was on the specials board and a few people got it and it looked really good too with the mashed potatoes with brown gravy.
