Riverside Pizza & Pub is a family owned and operated neighborhood pizzeria, restaurant and bar originally established in St. Charles, Illinois in 2014. The vision was to create a scratch kitchen with unique spins on classic dishes, complemented by craft beer, cocktails, and a robust wine selection – a modern spin on a classic pizzeria.
A few friends joined the team and opened the South Elgin location in 2016, Batavia in 2019, & Oswego in 2021. The concepts follow the same principles of creating a warm and inviting experience built on approachable, tasty food and beverages that people can come back to time and time again.
We look forward to serving you, your family and friends in the Western suburbs of Chicago for years to come.

Before Riverside came in .. this place was a dump! It is now an amazing restaurant with excellent choices on the menu . Everything I have tried is fantastic! Service is always great! Their pizzas are one of the best I have tried! I am glad they are in Oswego!

Excellent food and service! The pot roast sandwich was incredible and the Bruschetta chicken pasta was equally amazing. This was out first visit to this location and despite how busy they were our server was quick to take our order and get our drinks. Food was ready in about 20 minutes which was great, not a long wait at all. Will be back to try more menu items!

First time here, I got some hot wings & a strawberry margerita. The wings were good, nothing to brag about in my opinion. The margarita was pretty tasty, too. I’d go back to try more of their food options.

We have ordered from Riverside several times. The food is good. Tonight we ordered a 14 inch ( medium) pepperoni and asked for it to be pie cut. What we got was a 14 inch cheese only pie cut. Not a big deal, we called the restaurant and explained what had happened. They offered for us to come back in 20 minutes and pick up a new pizza. When I got there 25 minutes later, I let the hostess know that I was there. The only concern any of the employees had was if I had paid or not. I waited another almost 15 minutes before the hostess again asked who I was and if I had paid. Only this time, I was asked with attitude. Finally, another worker went back and came out with my pizza. Nothing was said. I opened the box and saw that it was square cut. Keep in mind that I had confirmed at least 3 times in the restaurant for the pizza to be pie cut. I tried to let the staff know that the pizza was still wrong. At this point the manager or owner got involved. I explained that the pizza was already a remake and that it was square cut when it should have been pie cut. He did not seem to be overly concerned. Please understand. THIS IS GOOD PIZZA. But the service is lacking.

Honestly no need for a caption or any explanation. Just a wonderful place of business that being operate in almost perfect way with genuinely super nice people. delicious food with high quality ingredients and excellent service with more than fair prices especially on a Tuesday when the pizza is half off! I seriously strongly recommend!

Husband and I came here for a date night. We’ve lived 5 minutes away from this place since it opened and we regret not having come sooner! The variety of delicious food listed on the menu had the husband and I feeling like we wanted to order everything! And of course as soon as we walked in, the smell of fresh pizza welcomed us in as well as the hostess of course. Emma was our server and she was amazing. The speed in which the appetizers and the food came was astounding. Really great service. The atmosphere was perfect as well as the music, it was all over the place but we loved it! The range between new and old was mixed perfectly, or at least perfect for this millennial and her gen x husband! Thanks for a wonderful night! Can’t wait to come back again!

It came highly recommended from my cousin who loves to support local businesses and I can see why this place is like a diamond in the rough. The pizza was amazing this stuffed pizza was amazing. Atmosphere was on point. We drove in from Chicago told my cousin to pick a place and without hesitating she said the Riverside. I’m glad she did. I manager an Italian restaurant downtown Chicago. I will definitely be back.
