If you’re looking for a good burger, this is the place. Nothing fancy but a very good spot to grab lunch. There are lots of varieties of burgers to choose from along with chicken sandwiches and Po-boys. The portions are generous and the prices are reasonable along with pleasant staff. The dining area is a bit tight but you’ll go for the burger not the seating arrangements. However, be aware that they’re only open until 3pm except on Fridays when it’s 7pm. Again, a great place for a burger.

Been traveling through BR many years, just found this place. Wish I had found it sooner. The burgers are large side portions are large. Food was excellent burgers cooked just right and the sides were hot and fresh. The guy taking our order was nice and helpful with us as we were first time customers. And the prices are very reasonable. In fact I would say cheap compared to other places.

Best burger in town! I visit BR monthly and this is my go-to place. Not much to look at but it’s just what you’d expect. a classic griddle burger and the sides are great. Great prices and the ice is perfect. I love this place !

So it’s rare that I am on this side of Baton Rouge but today I was. I was not planning to even stop for lunch until I saw a sign that said “Best burger in town “. Then I was craving a good burger so I stopped in. After seeing a sign saying crawfish etofe over fried catfish I changed my mind and got it. Because it was cooked FRESH I waited about 10 minutes and boy was it worth the wait!!! I can only imagine how good the burgers are! It came with 2 nice size fillets and was piled on the plate! I couldn’t eat it all ! The place was really clean and service was amazing! This is the kind of place that I will drive across Baton Rouge, during rush hour to go to! From the price to the quality of the service and food, I have ABSOLUTELY NO COMPLAINTS!!!!

It’s a classic Baton Rouge staple, everything is delicious and affordable. You’ll want to have your order ready when you walk up the counter, but the food is worth it. If you’re a Seinfeld fan you know the drill.

Stopped by for a quick hamburger lunch traveling back to Texas from Florida. Hamburgers were delicious. I had bacon cheese burger and tots. Hubby had one of the specialty burgers with jalepenos and fries. The burgers were huge and delicious ! The place was clean and definitely no frills but worth the stop.

Prettay prettay prettay good. Patty melt is probably the best I have ever had. Corn nuggets are definitely the best I have ever had. Pretty cheap. Kind of slow. They have Diet Dr Pepp in the machine. Hamburger bread was a little weird, was tough or something. You know it’s good when they have the old deli counter menu and paper plates and aren’t open all the time.
