The wings here are absolutely amazing and fairly priced as well. We ordered the teriyaki and the honey wings and they were so bomb. Nice and crispy, moist and juicy on the inside and the sauce is exceptionally flavorful. The service is so nice and friendly! Really good food and really great people.

Def not my style for wings, though the sauces are good. I was expecting good ole fried wings but instead received coated wings like fried chicken. When eaten without sauce, as I ordered them plain with sauces on the side, there was no flavor at all. I am a believer in serving a solid product through and through, but I think these wings are all about the sauce.

I’ve only been here a couple of times and both times, I had an amazing experience. My order got slightly messed up and Fernando made sure to make it right by giving me a free meal the next time I came. Aside from their food being really good, their customer service is even better. I love how I was catered to and everyone made sure I was completely satisfied.

Chicken is good. Steak and cheese is decent. Everything else is meh. Buffalo sauce isnt worth getting. Cheese bread is b.s. Constantly out of stock for multiple different things. Much better options close by.

I have been ordering from this establishment for years. On Monday I ordered a grilled chicken salad with extra chicken. When I got it home there was clearly no extra chicken on it. I called spoke to Fernando he was very apologetic said next time I come in he would give me another salad no charge not a problem. I went this evening and was quite shocked to find myself going back and forth over a salad that I was not suppose to be charged for with a woman who identified herself as the night manager. She told me she knew nothing about this despite one of the employees remembering the situation and me providing her with the original receipt. I told her of my previous discussion with Fernando which she all but dismissed, and after going back and forth for several minutes she says I’ll credit you $4.00 the cost of the extra chicken. I thought she must be joking but she was not. I left the salad there and that was enough for me to no longer patronize River Street Grille and let my experience be known. Great customer service!let me be clear Im not speaking for all the employees but certainly this one individual who as a “Manager” should have known better.
