Every time we’ve went there, they mess up our order. We waited 35 minutes and the waitress came back to our table because they couldn’t find our ticket so we had to reorder food. Drinks are great and came quickly, Food was another 30 minutes, so it ended up an hour from the time we got seated to get food. We couldn’t eat the chicken, which was overcooked and tough. I know they’re having staffing issues, but every time we go there, either our order or the people we have with us have issues. The head waitress gave us a piece of cheese cake to go, which was fabulous & our Furbaby loved the chicken, so it all worked out, this time.

Service was great food not so much. The shrimp in a basket was awful like little rocks, the ship on the Alfredo was good the actual Alfredo ugh. The perch was good.

We came here for a birthday celebration for our Mom. After waiting an hour and half for our 4 person table we had to wait another HALF HOUR for WATER. We eneded up ordering our drinks and food ALL AT ONCE. The service is definitely NOT great. We asked to speak with a manager because our food was all messed up and we had to wait ANOTHER HOUR AND HALF for our food. Then we got no apologies from either the waitress nor the “manager”. Very unprofessional especially for a restaurant in a casino. Also never asked if we wanted refills on any of our drinks. We watched multiple people come in after us and walk out before us. The patty melt was very dry and had no taste to it barely any onions on it the onion rings were hard and overcooked. The cobb salad had no taste to it and I was missing egg from my salad. We ordered ribs as well but come to find out they ran out of ribs so we had to order the broasted chicken when that FINALLY came out it didn’t look very appetizing I wish I would have pictures for everyone to see because my words can’t express how the food actually looked and tasted. I could make a better cob salad than they made. We also ordered a French dip sandwich the meat looks a bit dry and my father said he’s had better. It looks like they’re oil could be old and may need to be changed honestly. They may need to train their chefs a little bit better as well. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there. They have too many other restaurants that the food and service are WAY better.

Been here for an hour and still have not been served. Regardless if the food is good or not if you wish to have a quick dinner this is not the place! I sure hope the food is worth it because the wait had me on the edge of my seat!
