I had to travel for work and this restaurant was attached to the hotel so it was very convenient for me after long days at work. I had their breakfast sandwich and American fries in the morning. One evening I had the BLTA with a few drinks and the next night I had their siracha shrimp with a few drinks. The breakfast sandwich with american fries were good though average as far as it goes. The BLTA was very good though with a perfect amount of bacon and toppings. The beers were good, cold and refreshing. The next night I had the siracha shrimp which had a few onion rings with it. The sauce is awesome, the shrimp was good, the onion rings were excellent. The only real downside was the excessive amount of breading on the shrimp. It was too much but feeling about half of it off made it just about right. Between myself and my coworkers, we tried just about everything on the menu at some point over the weeks time. The food is highly recommended and really the only downer was the slow service from both the bartender and the waitress on the 1st night. The 2bd night was fine as we had a different bartender and it was slightly less busy. If you are in the area, go try the food, you will be pleasantly surprised.

If I could give the service a below zero star I would. The server didn’t say hello she was standing at the entrance to the restaurant we asked are they were open she said, “Yes go in”. She was complaining to us how she has to explain to people that they are not a Bennigans, but they advertise that they are. Then asked what we wanted for drinks and told us the previous staff probably didn’t stock the supplies needed for the August drink special. We asked what drink options there were and she told us this is the special so this is it. We said, “Two of us will have one of those and the third person will have a water.” She had to make two drinks mind you we were the only three customers in the restaurant/bar at 1pm on a Saturday. She then walked behind the bar to make are drinks and was complaining how she couldn’t find anything. She then stepped into the hallway and we could hear her complaining to a fellow hotel employee how no one could stock the bar for her as she walked back in another customer walked in, she then proceeded to yell across the bar “Just sit down, I can’t serve you right now I have to make these drinks for those girls”. At that point she hadnt poured a thing and we knew this was time to walk away from this horrible experience. I walked over to the bar and said, “We will no longer need to take your time away from this kind customer to make our drinks and we no longer need your service”, as we then walked out.

Kelly and joe are AMAZING!!!!!. I travel for work and they made me feel like I never left home. If I was in charge of being able to give raises I would definitely give them and the staff that work along side them raises.

Was expecting a great meal for the price. Instead we were met with a sticky table when we sat down, the waitress came to the table and was talking loudly and was swaying. Literally, the waitress HAD to be drunk. We ordered drinks and our food. My beer never came so I had to go to the bar to get it. Two beers I wanted were out, and the sour beer I had tasted very off. Like the beer lines haven’t been cleaned in months. 15 mins later we got our food. The salad with no cheese had cheese. Was replaced. We requested a balsamic. We got some congealed brown storebought mess that was as thick as ketchup. I had mozzarella sticks and a chicken and shrimp pasta. It was okay until the next day when I had an upset stomach and used the bathroom 3 times. Minimum. The waitress left her serving tray at our table the entire time.

This place has gone downhill immensely in the last year. Menu has changed and the best things were taken off and all of the homemade stuff is no longer homemade. I just spent $80 on the saddest Mother’s Day buffet ever for 3 people with a waiter that barely refilled our drinks. We have tried to keep giving it chances but after that wasted $80 we won’t be back.

Decent if you’re staying at that hotel, I guess. Look, we ate on a Saturday, mid evening. They looked closed with few staff (management issue). Our server had uncovered scabs and scars. She told me on 2 occasions I had to “come find her when we were ready.” I actually went to find her 3 freaking times… to order, a forgotten item, and for the bill!!

We went before the symphony. They are supposed to have 1/2 price drinks before the symphony. We inquired about this and we’re told no they do not have anything special before the symphony. We are very disappointed as it is clearly in the symphony program book begging patrons to visit before the symphony.

Heather, our server, is top notch in all facets of a pleasant dining experience. She is friendly, attentive and did not show any signs of stress even though she was catering to droves of high energy children as well (whatever the occasion was, I am not sure). Thank you Heather.

Sticky table my arms stuck to. Bacon was halfed cooked on my sandwich, pretzel.bun was soggy and fries had been overcooked in old grease. Afraid to eat and get sick. Order a pizza.

Service is slow. 20 minutes to get drinks watched a table that ordered after use get drinks and food before us. we ordered another round of drinks and had physically walk to the bar and get our drinks. Food was okay. Waitress never checked in with after walking by multiple times. I do not recommend this place
