Super cool little spot right off the river with a large property. Beautiful, relaxing patio with great views. Cool outdoor tiki bar area with a lot of space. The food was absolutely amazing, everything was cooked perfectly. Would absolutely recommend this place, atleast stop in and check it out. I honestly liked everything on the menu, from the apps, to the wings and sandwiches, they are all good. I know this is my first food spot next time I’m near Chippewa Falls or Eau Claire.

What a nice surprise! Beautiful view of the Chippewa River. Top notch service. Fun drinks. Good healthy food. A friend has fish allergy, cook came out and offered to prepare some pan fried chicken strips. Haven’t had such a grand dining experience in quite a while. Good vibes all around

River Jams is our favorite new place! We loved the truffle fries and the bruschetta board. My husband loved his wings too! We looked over the river, had lovely specialty drinks and enjoyed our food!

This restaurant offers customers a free drink in exchange for a five star review. We went to River Jams on Saturday, July 8 with family (who have worked in food service in the past) from out of town based on the online reviews and menu. No one greeted us when we walked in, so we seated ourselves. The view is beautiful on the deck, but air conditioning unit is loud. One of our beer glasses was chipped on the rim. The menu was 1/3 of the size of the online, and we waited for 50 minutes for our food even though they had two cooks in the kitchen. The portions were tiny – only three shrimp on a shrimp po’ boy and the tacos were lukewarm. The food is served in cardboard trays. Beyond disappointing and a wasted $70. We will not be returning.

Lovely river view and inside/outside seating. We had the fish fry. It was good but took almost 1 hour to receive after we ordered. Very short staffed. We were hoping the service was better than the last time we were there. We previously visited when they first opened. Service was very slow then and sadly still hasn’t improved. It’s a great location, they have a dock area where you can pull up from the river. Love the live music. Just need more staff to service the customers.

Beautiful place on the river. However, the menu online was completely different from what was offered. Very basic and bland. Waitress was decent, but seemed preoccupied. Not impressed.

The windows have too many webs and bugs to be able to see out of them well. Cleaning the windows and removing dead bugs and webs from the room would definitely score a perfect 5 stars.

Birthday lunch, had the fish tacos on the deck. So peaceful back there. Our waitress was great! Tacos are very well put together, great flavors! Homemade tortilla chips are awesome!!

Spendy! Hour wait for a burger and fries. Very limited menu. If there is music must order off “Pub Menu”. Waitress not attentive and only stopped to take order and then deliver. Burgers and fries were a bit salty but tasty. Visited on Weds night. Bummed because we wanted to love it. Views are pretty. Cobwebs all over the patio though

Four girlfriend’s just stopping in for a drink and appetizers. Two waitresses and a bartender were directly in front of us as we waited to be asked if they could help us. Gave up on them and asked if we could see a menu. We got a menu and ordered drinks and cheese curds and French fries. We sat outside among other’s and watched them all be waited on and served. Over an hour no one asked if we’d like another drink nor did we get our food order. We inquired about our order and no one knew anything about it. They went back in and came back out serving others. Again we waited, FINALLY our order came with an explanation that “The fryer has been a little slow today.” Yeah, but not for other orders. Hmmm, Our food was oily and basically disgusting. Still, no one offered to refresh our drinks.
