Love dining here when I stay at the Marriott. But occasionally will dine here even when not staying. It’s got the perfect vibe and the food is all so so good.

I have gone here about once a year over the past nine years and this visit was my most disappointing. The menu has gotten smaller. I had salmon with asparagus and these two items were pretty tasteless. My wife had the chicken with sweet potatoes and broccoli she seemed to be satisfied.

I felt like I was on a cruise with outdated decor… food was not that great. Cloth napkins smelled disgusting. Silverware had water spots on them. Ordered a medium well burger and it came out medium- medium rare. I was afraid of food poisoning. We will see. I would not recommend this place to anyone

Decent breakfast buffet, especially if you have a voucher from the hotel. If not it’s a little pricey, though not unexpected from a full service hotel. Service was fast and friendly and they had no problems offering coffee to go or any other requests. Overall not bad, but pretty expensive for what you get.

Awful Service. We stayed at the Marriott for 3 nights and couldn’t have been more disappointed in the service we received from the bar and restaurant team. Food took well over an hour on two occasions. Drinks were messed up multiple times. Perla was aloof to our order and brought us checks before we even ordered. Eggs, bacon, and potatoes took 45 minutes the first day and the second day the service was so bad we walked out. Worst service in Texas, you better off driving to Torchy Taco!

Don’t waste your money. I had to send back my made to order eggs backs because they were cold and under cooked. I had to send the made to order pancakes back because they were brought to our table cold. They did remedy the situation with fresh warm food, but that is a bit ridiculous having to repeatedly send stuff back.

I have a weird affinity for hotel breakfast. The buffet here is a decent spread of super fresh fruits and berries, oatmeal and toppings, yogurts, scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon. Items are refreshed frequently. There is also a breakfast menu with plates and a la carte items as well. Wait staff were attentive without being obtrusive. We did have a small lurch — ordered a la carte turkey sausage, but it wasn’t available (at 9am). Small matter — we asked if we could have a plate of the pork sausage from the buffet for the a la carte price (the recipient hadn’t ordered the buffet). The coffee was hot and plentiful, with the carafe left at the table as the good Lord intended. If you order juice, they leave the decanter at the table as well. Quiet, pleasant ambience allows a good conversation without having to shout or strain to hear and a humane start to the day.

Just as any other restaurant located within a Marriott, food is acceptable but it is a bit overpriced. There are much better, affordable options within walking distance. Staff, however, is top notch.
