Will never return due to Racist kid hating Cashier! Do you wanna get your food the right way? If it’s messed up, they WONT fix it and replace it guarantee. The only reason I am giving 1 star is so I can review or I’d give 0. The portions are smaller than any other Mexican restaurant in Vegas. The cashier is rude to everyone who was there while we waited for our food was racist towards our kids they are mixed but she said terrible little white kids I assume because I asked her VERY POLITELY (I thought it was a mistake no biggie) to replace my food that was made wrong and I wanted to return the food and I have my receipt (as you see) but she said no one is going to fix my food and she HUNG UP on me when I asked for her name (since there’s no one in charge except Monday) I was able to record her and my politeness in case something happened to my 3 yr old with a food allergy, and this woman intentionally ( I said intentional because of her attitude, racist remarks, and her not wanting to fix my order) did not remove something that could have killed my daughter. Good thing I checked before giving it to her!

I hope the other locations are not like this. The steak was dry and also got a side of bad customer service when picking up the food. The guy had a bad attitude . I wasn’t used to that but that’s the way of the world I guess. To be successful you need to build a good character and charisma form ✨️

We decided to try this Mexican grill out due to the reviews and we were sadly disappointed. Both the steak burrito and steak tacos were extremely dry. The streak tacos were super greasy and the tortilla wasn’t really cooked at all so they just ripped apart. Tasted bland even with the Pico and guac. Shrimp tacos had very small portions and one of the tacos looks to be about half of the other. Mostly just Pico and guac on both maybe 3 shrimps on each taco. Overpriced for what we got.

There’s a large sign posted which states .99 tacos every Wednesday. I came in today, on Wednesday, and was quoted $20 + for chicken fries and 2 chicken tacos. When I asked why so much, I was told the tacos are $3.50. Apparently, they make a batch in the morning and once they sell out the tacos are sold at $3.50. This is a scam. I left and canceled the entire order. Don’t waste your time coming here. You will be overcharged. I drove to the galleria location and they charged me .99 for the tacos. I’ll never return to this location again.

Great and patient staff. Clean establishment. BEWARE RIVAS HAS A 3.9% SURGE CHARGE ON ALL ORDERS ON TOP OF THE TAX. Would be 5 stars if it was not for this extra charge that they force you to pay when ordering and no this is not for card payments this is for all payments

Won’t be coming here again. They apparently don’t give you Cilantro and onions with anything. I got menudo and had to pay 3$ for Cilantro?? Since when? And then I asked for a receipt so each of my friends knows what to zelle me, and the lady said she put it in the bag and it is no where to be found. Back to Robertos we go! I spent 63$ here to feed 4 people. This is not a restaurant, they got to be realistic about these prices.

Every time I order the food is fantastic except for the Chile relleno. Almost every time they forget to put the red sauce on it which is understandable I guess, but this time it was burnt… like it’s black.
