Solid taqueria chain with staple foods. Not the best and and far as I can tell a bit hit and miss depending on who is cooking. Location is really clean and dining area is not bad. I’ve been to this location several times and have only been impressed once, but I’ve also never been upset about what I got. Basically I know to come here for something cheap and mediocre. Breakfast burro special is worth noting. It’s a pretty good deal and hard to go wrong. Especially with the limited amount of really good Mexican fast food in Las Vegas

I won’t be mean about the food, because last month, the quality of dishes were excellent. The other day, however, as I was in the area of Craig and Revere, I went in to get my fav California Burrito. I got home all excited but when I took one bite, I knew something was off. So I called and asked if they had a different cook. Apparently, Rivas had changed their meats. Sad to say, I won’t be going back there anymore.

DO NOT order ANYTHING fish. Ewww! Over cooked. Dry. Nothing like the photo of the item. Sad. And the carne asada burrito was nothing but meat and a few onions not anything to go with it it, was just meat and a tortilla. Never in my life have I ever had such a bad experience at a place that supposed to be great. Boo!

I have been coming here alot since I’ve been pregnant (currently 6 months pregnant) and tonight on my lunch break I decided to order a burrito via uber eats and I open the foil just to see this!! There was a peice of string/yarn almost like towel string folded into and hanging out of my burrito!!!!! I am pregnant and so highly upset that i could cry because now I definitely am not eating this as it is what i was craving and have to work until 1 am!!!!! very unsanitary!!!!!! Are you guys really moving that fast that you dont see a towel string hanging out of the burrito!???? ME OR MY 7 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER COULD HAVE CHOKED OR GOTTEN SICK! Now I can’t help but think what else may have been wrapped up in other food items that have been made! I’ve spent ALOT of money here and have maybe ate rivas 15 times in the last 5 months but I promise Rivas will not see me anymore I am beyond disgusted and appalled!!! *picture posted in the photos section *

I ordered food from this place thinking it was good but is was disgusting. I ate this food because I was hungry and close to my job. First of all I was standing around waiting to order and saw I guess an employee on his phone in customer sight, the cashier went to the back to help cook and didn’t wash his hands. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE ANY CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARDS HERE. Me and my family recently visited this location over the weekend first time ever! Food was great but then fraudulent charges to our bank account, called spoke with Anthony Montero just to ask if they used a business account that was charging our card he could not 100% confirm I tried speaking to a manager who could confirm to get to the bottom of my concern (not saying they did the fraud but it is possibly them) he told me I wouldn’t be able to speak to anyone until tomorrow morning which I understand but that I would be wasting my time! What?! Just from that interaction never again will we be dining at this establishment nor recommending anyone due to the suspicious behavior. Unacceptable, horrible customer service!
