This place has atmosphere! The food was okay. The chicken fingers where frozen which is always sad and I definitely had regrets when I saw the Mac and cheese and burgers come out. We got two entrées a side order of onion rings and appetizer and it came out to about 60 bucks. There was this strange surge of excitement in the air and it’s hard to explain but it seemed like everyone was just really happy from the service people to other guests. 100%will go back.

After reading about the post-pandemic debt problems, my husband and I decided to support the restaurant last night. Went in for a quick dinner and did not disappoint. Mindy at the bar was kind and efficient. Recommended great cocktails. Had delicious fish tacos and fish and chips with wonderful service. Vibe was friendly and relaxed. Definitely a neighborhood place that needs to stay around. I

I was a first time customer at Ritcey tonight, and I’ll definitely recommend it as a spot to check out! The atmosphere is so friendly and welcoming: we were immediately greeted by two different employees and offered a choice as to where we would like to sit.

Fantastic staff and queer vibes! I love that this place is trans-owned and employs mostly queer staff- I wasn’t misgendered!

We’ve been Ritceys regulars for about 2 years, and I cannot say enough good things about this place. Their food? Absolutely delicious (lookin’ at you, Justice Beaver with a side of animal style curly fries). Their staff? Max, Chelsea, and the whole Ritceys team are the best. They’re welcoming, family-friendly folx who go make you feel at home. Their values? Top notch. They’re committed to creating inclusive space, reducing waste, sourcing locally when possible, and supporting other local businesses. Their sense of humor? They take what they do seriously, but they don’t take themselves too seriously. Our family truly loves this neighborhood gem. 10/10 recommend!

Fried pickles were really good and a good portion. Nice and reasonably priced food and cocktails.

Really enjoyed the food and the variety of options. The Gluten Free mac and cheese is fricken delicious (and I am not GF, others in our group were, but having both versions, I will not look back)! Staff were amazing, and I really appreciate a safe and inclusive space to hang out.

Best cocktails and tater tots, and most importantly, best mission & purpose of a neighborhood restaurant.

This place was AMAZING!! From the staff to the food, I have nothing but good things to say. The mac n cheese was the best i’ve had from a restaurant in 5+ years. The wait staff was attentive, funny, and kind. Can’t wait to come back. My ultimate favorite place in Watertown! Don’t miss out

My favorite restaurant in (the greater) Boston area, especially as someone who is gluten free. Have been here multiple times now. Food is reasonably priced and the portions are very generous.
