After ordering, the waitress brought the homemade tortillas to us. Usually, they are brought out nice and hot with your food. My husband and I ordered the huevos ranchers, and the potatoes were not made fresh. They were cold, and I didn’t care for this dish. Our friend ordered two tacos, and it looked good. I would probably go back and order tacos to try them out.

I thought the food was a bit okay, but service was not so friendly and atmosphere was normal. Waitstaff didn’t check on us and when we’re around didn’t care to come once with tea or water or whatever we may have needed. Great service is appreciated and not being hospitable is not very customer oriented. I had to express that was my concern and manager was not receptive of it as I again had to voice my concerns. I didn’t hear her k was everything okay, so I added that to let them know it was not okay. And no military discount here.

I use to love this restaurant (mind you it was prolly 10 years ago ) but the food was disgusting. I went last Saturday, got sitten promptly but there was no communication. When we were served chips they were stale & the salsa was unedible. Should of got a picture. My son ordered nachos, they looked like they just got a spoonful of beans & threw it in different areas & sprinkled some cheese. My poor baby loves nachos but I had to send them back & he shared my enchilada plate with me which wasn’t bad but it wasn’t good. Definitely didn’t wash the beans as there was some black whole ones with my refried beans. My bf got a burrito & he barely ate it. The asada was rough & his guacamole had black init & he said the sour cream tasted like fridge. My tia & tio had got bacon & egg tacos & both of them were dripping in grease. I’ve never seen that before… The lady had no problem taking the food off the bill which I appreciated but the food was not up to par. Won’t be going back.

Today’s visit was disappointing. We had the chili con carne enchilada plate and the 2 cheese enchiladas with carne asada plate. The beans were not fully cooked; they needed about another half hour of cooking. The chili con carne was off. The tortillas were not very good, and got hard as they cooled, which made them seem like they were old or overcooked. We have had delicious meals here before, so this came as a sad surprise. Even the chips were stale. We may have to think twice about visiting again.

I had heard good things about this place. Well, it was my first time and probably my last. I got the Norteno taco, which came out like a flour tortilla chalupa instead, so it couldn’t be folded. They forgot to put the beans in the “taco” so they put them on the side. The beans were runny and flavorless. The asada was tough. Barely any cheese or guacamole. (A norteno is supposed to have avocado slices). My mom had the Norteno with chicken fajita meat, which lacked flavor. They also don’t take the time to remove the tough tendon part on the chicken, which is annoying and not pleasant for my 88-year-old mother to try to eat. Two stars because the service was friendly and top-notch. Maybe the breakfast is better?

I liked the food and the people are great but I found bugs in my tacos. I had bought tacos Saturday morning. I was driving and took a bite out of my bean and cheese taco and just heard a crunch sound. I quickly spat out my food. My son found one in his as well. I will not be returning back to this restaurant. Health inspector needs to be called here.

I had the huevos rancheros and it was delicious. I added bacon. The service was good and the food came out quickly. The beans had great flavor as well. I went on a Sunday morning at around 9 and it was full but I got a seat right away.
