Excellent place for high quality unique takes on American Classic Comfort food. I had a ground lamb burger with a goat cheese & yogurt dressing over arugula. To di-et for!! Everyone in my party was well feed and happy. Lively atmosphere with trivia game going on across the evening. Service was great even though there was not actual waitservice, the que code ordering system maybe daunting for some but our party of 4 put in the order and all the order arrived together and correct.

Was unaware that there is little table service but it was easy to use the app to order. Just keep in mind if you order all at once you’ll get it all at once. Food was good but not great. Mac and cheese was very good but not hot in spots. Chicken wings were overly seasoned for my taste but the Carolina sauce was good. The cornbread skillet was yummy and they give you plenty of butter. The Caesar salad was decent but nothing out of the ordinary. I did like that they didn’t drown it in dressing. Overall a nice place…it’s close to home so I’ll prob be back.

I had the grilled cheese with braised beef and it was great, my gal ordered the pot roast and it was tender and tasty. Loved the homemade potato chips. Ordering on the app with the ability to keep my tab open was awesome, I had some initial doubts but it was easy, and the food service was fast, and the support staff were great, Have already been back a couple times, brought a new couple last time and the food and service was great!

We loved going to Rising Eagle. Rising Eagle has its own unique atmosphere and setting – it is very Americana, which is so refreshing to see. So lovely to see an embrace of American history in the beautiful city of Melrose, and to be surrounded by a sense of patriotism and pride in this country. We loved the Monday night music and the trivia, and it made for such a nice date night. The woman who served us was extremely friendly and sweet, as was the bartender who brought over our drinks. Thank you for proving gluten free beer!!!! The fish special was delicious and my husband loved the braised beef grilled cheese. Very nice to see the windows opened up on a beautiful evening. 10/10 but I would expect nothing less from the Turner’s/Rising Eagle owners/staff. Thank you and we love your restaurants, please never change. ❤️

Excellent food with quality ingredients, nice atmosphere (fireplace is cozy), while also unpretentious — and also extremely efficient! Beer comes out perfectly chilled and food comes out perfectly hot (no lag time) even when it’s busy! All the staff I have interacted with on our many visits have been awesome. We love the ordering system as well. Highly recommend.

This could be a great local bar if they ditched the spoons and put a few more TV’s up for sporting events. Nice interior decor and a good layout. The foods great it just lacks execution in operation. A good example is the qr app- if you wish to order a flight you have to blindly guess which tap is which or go back and memorize the list prior to selecting on a different screen. They seem to be trying to find a solution to a non existent problem.
