Service was great took a bit long to get through line but I believe it’s understaffed as their was just 3 people working for dinner rush had the smoked turkey sandwich and it was absolutely amazing melted in my mouth their chops are always fresh and the dill pickles are always crispy and their deserts are fricken delicious

Rising Bread Company is in the food court at the mall. I ordered a turkey mushroom sandwich. The turkey , mushrooms and cheese and bread were freshly grilled in fronto of me. Then I could choose my own veggies and sandwich toppings. I also got a fountain drink and a side house salad. And I could choose the veggies for my salad. My total was about 15 dollars, not bad. The sandwich came with potato chips and a pickle. I didn’t like the styrofoam containers and Styrofoam so bad for environment so I do wish Rising Bread Co. could have better more eco friendly packaging than Styrofoam. My usual favorites there are the grilled cheese or a taco wrap but the turkey mushroom sandwich was good. You really can’t go wrong with this place and they have soups too and offer soup in a bread bowl. Also fresh lemonade is available.

Ordered a Large Peach Lemonade. Extremely syrupy and much too sweet for me. The price of the lemonade also felt to be on par with movie-theatre and event pricing at nearly 8.00 for a large. The service was also somewhat slow but the employees were courteous.

The amount of times I’ve been in this mall I haven’t stopped here. Today I tried the Cajun pasta with the chicken. Good sauce maybe needed more Cajun seasoning for my taste but not subtracting for that. Had to wait in line but worth the wait will probably stop back

The staff seem polite and courteous. The chicken bacon ranch was very good, but the portions were pretty small. I was impressed with the taste and the quality. The reason I am giving it three stars, is because it was on the spendier side and their wasn’t much to the sandwich.

At this point I have mixed feelings. Great food, but why is this the third time I’m getting a stomach bug from you guys, on different occasions!

Used to be really good, but now they separate and smoosh everything down in individual styrofoam containers before they hand it off. Doesn’t taste as good as it used to, and feels like you’re assembling your own meal for no good reason.
