Rise delivers the Best Dang Biscuits, Donuts & Beyond daily. Our flaky, buttermilk biscuits are scratch-made from NC-milled flour and 100% butter (no shortening or shortcuts) and filled with savory ingredients ranging from crispy bacon and country sausage to fried green tomatoes and Righteous Chicken. What makes the chicken Righteous? It’s tenderized, brined in buttermilk, fried to golden-brown perfection and then served on a biscuit or as strips with your choice of toppings and sauces. No Rise meal would be complete without our famous jumbo Cheddar Tots, a sweet treat or coffee from NC’s renowned Counter Culture Coffee.

If you’re looking for a delicious breakfast or brunch experience, then Rise is the place for you. Their Nashville hot chicken with buttermilk biscuit is truly one of a kind. The chicken is juicy, perfectly seasoned, and has just the right amount of heat. The buttermilk biscuit is flaky and buttery, and it pairs perfectly with the spicy chicken. It’s hands-down the best Nashville hot chicken I’ve ever had.

Spent almost $20 for two bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits with cheddar bites. We received one slice of bacon on our biscuits. Definitely will not return!

Are you the type of person who finds salt “spicy”? Then, this place is PERFECT for you! I ordered their vegan honey chicken biscuits and vegan sausage biscuits along with some deserts. And while their biscuits are actually delicious, their “meat” lacked flavor of any kind. There was no seasoning on the “meat”—none. I took it home and added some olive oil, garlic salt, and onion powder to the pan, then fried the fake meat and it was finally edible. Their staff was friendly and helpful. I would go back, but only for plain biscuits or dessert.

Always fast, and the biscuits are always tasty, though a little crumbly and greasy. That being said, I’m sensitive to grease. One time the chicken was dark and overdone (ordered about half hour before closing), but that’s out of many times. I keep coming back so that says something good.

It’s fairly quick, kiosk type ordering. No atmosphere…folks just order and go. Loved the chicken, but the biscuit was only decent. I think frozen buttermilk biscuits that are baked at home taste better than these. The coffee was decent, too. I can’t speak for any other food item… only ordered the chicken biscuit sandwich.

The southern ham biscuit was awesome! We also enjoyed the biscuits and gravy with eggs and chicken, I wish there would have been a bit more gravy but it was still so good! The blueberry biscuit was okay, my nephew loved it though. We would return! The restaurant was clean, including the restroom. They only had outdoor seating which was perfect for us.

Love this place! Highly recommend the glazed blueberry biscuit as well as the Which Came First Righteous Box and Southern Chicken Biscuit! (The sausage here is not my personal fav) But the chicken and everything else I have tried…So friggin good!!!

This place is horrible. Many other great options in the area. We took a chance on it and our stomachs paid dearly for the rest of the day. The sausage gravy and biscuits was nothing more than an undercooked sausage patty slapped on top of some flavorless white sauce and a biscuit. If you’re a biscuit place and you can’t even get sausage gravy right then God help you. Not a fan of the kiosk ordering, and only one kiosk at that. The service was slow, and the prices are ridiculous for what you get.

Sooooo! This was my daughter and I first time here and I was surprised. I was a little stand offish about the price for a biscuit when walmart is right across the street . But I tried it anyway yolo. This was a really good experience. SEE PICTURES. My daughter had a bacon, scramble eggs and cheese. I had a scramble egg, cheese, avocado and tomato with boom boom sauce. But I made it into a super bacon, egg and cheese by adding bacon to it and OMG it was hitting. Don’t mind the picture with the avocado looking like vomit. The taste super seize the picture. We also had a cinnamon roll that taste like cinnamon toast crunch. For 2 sandwiches and 2 cinnamon rolls my total was about 24 bucks and some change. Not too bad for a New Yorker missing a true bacon, egg and cheese sandwich.
