I am proud to say I ordered the Hawaiian shirt pizza (i don’t remember if that’s the actual name for it). Yes the cost was quite steep and the pizza wasn’t that large, I enjoyed it a lot. So much better than a lot of pizzas that I’ve had. Heck I may go further as to say it was the best pizza I ever had. Not to mention the service was very friendly and professional. Other than the slightly steep cost, I have nothing wrong with rise pies.

I went there the other day to order and there was a guy there very rude and had so much attitude towards me. I tryed to order and he totally ignored me. I asked to speak to his manager and he said he was the assistant manager and they didn’t have a general manager. Very unprofessional..

The pizza is great even if it’s a little overpriced. Freshly made, the thin crust is crunchy, and the pizza is delicious!

Terrible customer service. We built our pizzas and the cashier (tall male with glasses and ponytail) asked what name we had on the order. We told him no one had asked for our name on the order, but told him what food was ordered. The cashier gave us a considerable attitude; I gave him my name anyways. He then preceded to give us a very condescending “Okay Thank You”. Seeing that my entire party was absolutely dumbstruck at the interaction, he managed a very brief and disingenuous apology after realizing his wrongdoing. Then he proceeded to forget the drink associated with the order and interactions with other customers/staff seem combative and dismissive. Furthermore, when our order was called, a staff member (green haired female) gave us one entire pizza short of our order. When I apprised her of the inconsistency (and showed her the receipt) she reaffirmed that she was correct after miscounting a simple order. It took another staff member to look over the order to show an entire pizza was missing. The pizza itself was very mediocre as well, unable to save the overall experience.

First of all let me say the workers were very rude in taking our orders. But the one thing that made the experience expecially bad was being called a lier by one of the employees. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

We have previously ordered a pizza from here with half pepperoni and half sausage, which has always been charged as a one topping pizza. Today they charged us for an unlimited topping pizza and the manager told me that their staff is clear that a split topping is to be charged as such. Either way, we have been lied too. And then told by a manager that our concern was wrong because thr staff knows something…as if somehow that now communicates what the staff believes to customers. If half and half toppings is not allowed here anymore, then put it on the sign, so we know, not just the staff. Your pizza is what I would expect from a mall food court, but expecting your customers to guess what your policy is, especially if different from what has been done in the past, and then blaming the customer is not acceptable. It wouldn’t have been hard to just refund my $2 overcharge, but instead your manager had to insult me as a customer and buy this poor review. Was it worth it?

We stopped there for snack while we were shopping at the pavillion in Thornton, Colorado. We got a 10 inch thin crust with double peperoni shared between three of us.. MMMM, VERY GOOD PIZZA!

The staff was perfectly nice. The chain should be ashamed of itself for charging an extra $1 to add a tablespoon of cheese to a side salad. For an extra fee, there should be a good handful of cheese offered. I would eat here again if everything else was closed.

Good food for a good price. Very friendly staff, but after we paid, he disappeared and we couldn’t get a refill. Other people wanted to order but there was no one there to help them.
