There’s a few people who’ve been there a while we appreciate but this past Wednesday (August 23rd?) The lady put her HANDS in the TRASH by the soda fountain. Proceeded NOT to watch her hands, or put on gloves. Carried our pizza to the table. Not to mention we got 4 personal pizzas for about $45?? Will never return again to sit down and eat. Possibly not even to go, due to the lack of hygienic responsibility

Came on 26 May at 1518 there was a sign in the window saying be back in 30. I asked how long after I’d been waiting 15 minutes and he pointed to the sign. I called and they stood in the doorway of the back and just looked at me. I’ve never eaten here and where I would have waited another 30min had they communicated not this place has a bad taste in my mouth.

Wonderful atmosphere and even better staff. The ladies are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and just super inviting. We came one time before and upon our return the 2nd time they remembered us. The pizza was great both times (chicken Caprese and the chicken Bianca and the salad was delicious. I promise you won’t be disappointed with the wonderful ladies whom work there and their food.

The pizza is good…The salad is not worth the price, and don’t really have items to go in it… The greens were wilted & brown… They were out of the sauce to go on the pizza from the pre-made pizza list… The problem was she never told me that when I ordered it… When I checked my food & said something, 1st she said it didn’t come with it…I pointed it out on the menu that it said it did then she said they told her in the back they don’t have a squirt bottle to put the sauce on it… The entire time the Caucasian man behind the counter cleaning & stocking mumbling with an attitude toward us, like it’s the customer fault u out of something…Proceed to talk junk as we was leaving but I had my niece with me so I didn’t respond..BUT they won’t get my $$ again…The food is expensive but fresh always cost more…

We’ve come here for years. They were always alittle pricey but we like it so we didn’t mind paying. Came in today and the prices are outrageous. Over $22 for a personalized pizza with no meat. Cost $12 for my daughters basic 1 topping. It’s not longer affordable so we will not we returning unfortunately.

I ate here in the middle of the day and the people working were nice but I can tell the nothing about pizza. It’s not their fault they were probably not Trained correctly. I walk and see the dough in the dough trays and it is stone cold, so cold that it took the staff member a minute to stretch it out using the machine they have that does the work for them. I knew right away I should have left because you never put cold dough in a hot oven. The pizza will not cook correctly and sure enough that’s what happened. I ended up with a $17 under cooked, doughy, cheese not even melted pepperoni pizza. The sauce and pepperonis are decent but that’s about it. How about you train your people so they can deliver the product you want them to send out. I hate to say this but I have had better pizza from domino’s

Amy was super sweet and knowledgeable of the menu as it was our first time there! Got the chicken bacon cheddar pizza and the meatballs. Absolutely delish!

First time here. Not bad at all. Very impressed. Store was overall clean. There were a few tables that needed to be cleaned but there was a long line. If there was move staff it wouldn’t had been an issue. The crew that was there were very friendly. We had a good laugh when we realized it was all personal pizzas. We ordered off the menu on the wall to make life easy. But it’s like subway and you can create your own. That is awesome. I feel that can make the line move slower during peak times of the day but being able to create the pizza with all the options is neat. All made to order so nothing is sitting under a heat lamp. The pizza was some good pizza. The kids loved it. The soda machine is a pepsi machine that has all the different favors that you can add to the main Pepsi drinks. That was also neat because we are used to seeing coke machines. If we are in the area we will be back.

It seemed the guy taking the order was more interested in a personal phone call than making us feel like valued customers. I felt like I was an inconvenience to him. Pizza was ok at best, could have used more sauce and cheese. I would expect better for the price.
