Good local hangout with pub food and lively atmosphere. One of those places where everyone knows just about everyone who comes in. Someone visiting for the first time (me) is still made to feel welcome by the friendly waitstaff. Draft beer choices are mostly major domestics, variety of wines and other grown up beverages available. Tried flounder basket (was flounder Friday, so why not) but look forward to returning and trying burgers, hot dogs, etc!

I would have gave no ⭐ I came in wanted to have some beers and relax but had to use the bathroom real fast and got told I had to leave cuz only customers can come and use the bathroom I was a customer the owner Jimmy made me feel outta place and B4 COVID I came there at least 3 times a week for years …….guess tackle box it is they welcome u no matter how u look..

Our daughter was visiting and we were looking for a new place to eat so we decided on Riptidez..I got the steak & cheese wrap with onion rings ( delicious )..my husband got the chicken sandwich & chips..( good size piece of chicken & chips were crispy ) …daughter got the wings..( said they were awsome )…the cost was very reasonable and everthing was so good we’ve invited friends at the campground to go back with us tonight…looking forward to a wonderful evening of fellowship, eating, along with entertainment from the D. J. and Keroke time..

Get your parking lot drive way fixed or have the true owner fix it if it’s not yours!! The pit holes are outrageous. Too many wrecks and potential wrecks here. It really is a hazard. Get it fixed before you find yourself sued or fined by the city! If you don’t fix it the city needs to put a speed bump before your drive way, a caution sign, and change the speed limit.

This is an awesome dive bar and I have been to many! The bartenders are unbelievable and make eveyone feel like a local. Great food at amazing prices and the atmosphere is pure salt life! They have a great juke box and sound system. If your out and about in Morehead city, this is a must stop!

Hosted karaoke there for the first time tonight. We had some really good singers! The staff was friendly and ultra fast getting drinks served. Top notch, can’t wait to come back!
