Went for quick lunch yesterday. Ordered open face sandwiches. Didn’t come as ordered. The soup was wonderful. Also was to receive fruit with this meal. Asked for it to be put in a to-go bag since I had 4 more hours of driving home. Get home and they gave me green beans. Never again

I’ve been coming to the Family Restaurant for years, and over the years, with the fire and other things happening, it has not really changed. The food is amazing, the omelet is great, and big. The last time I was there, I ordered the Country Omelet, has sausage and gravy, and comes with hashbrowns and a bread (I chose French toast). It only cost me 13 dollars, and my waitress was very attentive and really made me feel welcome. Other things I recommend are the Chop Steak, any of the Omelets, and the burgers. If you are a graduate or a family coming to share a meal with a student of Ripon College, it’s a great place to catch a bite and enjoy a cup of coffee.

I very much enjoyed my first visit to Ripon Family Restaurant. I had the corned beef club with French fries and homemade creamy chicken and rice soup. The food was amazing and the service was excellent. The people who work there take pride in what they do and it shows. Their selection of homemade pies and cakes are both impressive and delicious!

Friendly service. Nice atmosphere. Both my wife’s skillet and my skillet had way to much salt in the hash browns. I will try it again to see if it was a one time thing. Everything else was good.

This place is the best. I don’t live near so whenever we go to visit family, we try to go there. The inside and outside are kept nice and clean. They have a decent size menu with great prices. I always taste things others eat, but I’m in love with their banana split waffle. Breakfast and dessert all in one. They have a really nice case full of desserts and seniors always get reduced prices, full meals complete with a scoop of ice cream at the end of the meal. My favorite meal is pictured below
