Rios Coney Island has proven to be a staple in my neighborhood. Trusted to deliver great food, friendly service (for the most part), with efficient timing. However, I am fundamentally distrustful of places that do not provide an itemized receipt…except upon request. Historically places like this have hidden cost (fees not detected on their menus). As is the case with the onion roll option. It may be petty to speak to being that it’s only a $.49 up charge… but it’s a hidden charge nonetheless. Makes me curious about other charges. My suggestion to management is to place all additional charges and fees on your menu or in plane sight as to inform your customers on where their money is going. Otherwise it looks a little shady. It’s not a good luck to nickel and dime your customer base, though I hope that is not your true intention.

I paid 4.00 for this SEASONED FRIES. Like fr. They were burned. This is from last night. So I had to go to White Castle because I refuse to eat 4.00 worth of cheap fries that aren’t worth 4 BURNED. What did I pay for “their work?”. Bad work!!!!! Let’s see if they make it right. Imma let you all know.

I stopped here for the first time this morning I want my $11.00 and change back. This was a waste of my 20 minutes. My hash browns are not fully cooked, still hard and the eggs are hard. I asked for scrambled eggs with cheese I don’t know what this is. I bought two orders to share with my staff but they don’t want this mess. Please get a new cook because this food tastes old no seasoning and uncooked. Yuck

The Customer service was extremely terrible and the food is boldly overpriced. The staff acted as if they were doing me a favor, I’m starting to believe its the American way nowadays. I refuse to spend my hard earned money with ungrateful establishments.

Every time I go there the girls are nice patient cool. Let’s be honest some of those Coney Island girls can be ghetto and rude as heck. I’ve been to this coney about 7 times and at least 5 times I’ve noticed the ladies who work there are nice. I’m big on customer service and y’all see I said a good 7 times so of course the food is good I will say the lamb gyro has been my least favorite but overall it’s a cool coney
