I need a refund. I ordered 2 rolls and neither one of them were topped with any of the sauces they were suppose to be topped with. No sauce or anything on the side. No chopsticks or anything. And the sushi was subpar. It all taste the same, bland and nasty. I should have taken it as a sign when they claimed they never received the order I payed for. Completely disappointed. Not worth the money at all. Of I could give no stars I would.

Avoid this place at all costs! There are far superior options available. My family endured an hour of waiting with nothing but water while others who arrived later were happily enjoying multiple rounds of sushi and settling their bills. Unbelievable! We made multiple complaints, only to be met with apologies from the waitstaff and owner, who shamelessly blamed the kitchen backlog on the “all you can eat” sushi option. We placed an order for dumplings and two rolls, but after an additional 40 minutes of empty promises that our food was a top priority, we received a single roll and only one of two orders of the same dish (placed at same time too). We engaged in countless conversations with the staff, but their disregard for customer satisfaction was infuriating. Never coming here again this place is a dime a dozen and wayyyy to expensive.

Best Brazilian Sushi in Orlando. We tried all sushi’s and this one was by far the best one! Waitress Camila was very helpful and friendly – she explained and help us choose what we ate. Food came very fast and it was sooo good. We are definitely coming back! Don’t forget to save space for desert!

I had the misfortune of visiting Rio sushi for Mother’s Day, and it was a complete disaster. Despite being seated outside with no wait for a table, my mother and I waited an agonizing 30 minutes for our drinks and appetizers, and then another 30 minutes for our main course. Meanwhile, we watched as other tables received multiple trays of sushi and entrees. When we finally asked our inattentive waitress about our food, she told us it was lost in the orders and that they were prioritizing our order. Yet, we waited for another 30 minutes and still received NOTHING. To add salt in the wound, we watched as tables that arrived after us (a party of 12) receive their desserts and started to pay. We eventually spoke with the owner who offered us a free meal, but we still waited for an additional 25 minutes and received NO food. Frustrated and still hungry, we had no choice but to leave. This place has a complete lack of customer service and respect for their patrons. I recommend going to other sushi places that care about their customers such as Handroll (also Brazilian) or Dragonfly. I will NEVER be returning to this awful establishment.
