I love this restaurant because for one it is vlose to my work. But also the employees are diligent at keeping their customers happy . The food tasted authentic. I love the guacamole. There is seating outside so you can relax near a pond. The inside the restaurant is delightful too. The ambiance is so relaxing.

My girlfriend and I went that and I ordered the Monster texas burrito. Holy $#*@ that thing was massive and delicious. The salsa that they serve with the chips was very delicious. All the entrees we ordered was very delicious. The street corn could be better, but overall I highly recommend this place. The waiter was very friendly and courteous. He asked if I wanted another margarita, I told him I could handle another one of those and he jokingly asked “Shots????”. Great place and great service.

Throughout the years, I have used Rio Chicos on Folly Road for catering various events. Antonio, the manager, has gone above and beyond to accommodate whatever is needed. The taco bar is always a hit and plentiful! I would highly recommend Rio Chicos for your next event!

Place smell great and the place was very clean. During the covid-19 pay Democrats going on. I did not come to Charleston looking for good Mexican food, but that is what we found. The selections on the menu were exactly what I like. The carnitas enmoladas were tender and crispy. The mole was tasty. Service was excellent. The only negative is that this is not in my home town. If it was, it would be my new go to for Mexican.
