I came here to get a BLT Pizza and Garlic. Knots and the garlic knots are burnt and the pizza is made wrong so now I have to stop somewhere else to get dinner and throw 23 dollars in the toilet. Never again. You should not own an Italian place if you can’t make the food. Us Italians know how the food should be made

Highly unprofessional. I placed an order though door dash for my company. The order was confirmed and it’s eta was for a little after 1. I placed this order because my company had a meeting that started at 1pm. I DID NOT receive the notification that the order was cancelled until 12:50… I understand this is more of door dashes fault but I then proceeded to call this restaurant and told them I just received the cancellation notice… I KINDLY asked whomever that picked up the phone if they could make an exception and make the pizza that I ordered and was hung up on. I understand everyone has busy days but you weren’t open, nor did you TRY amd work with me. To simply hang up

Meh… Grand Opening in my opinion means it looks great, taste great and feels great. I wasn’t very impressed on this visit. Dead bugs on the table. No offer to clean. We sanitized the table and it had dirt all over it. AC apparently not working. Employees were nice and accommodating. Food was so-so. They definitely like hot spice!! Wife got Chicken Caesar Wrap and I got a meatball/sausage hot sub. Very basic. Meatballs and sausage on a toasted hoagie roll with a little marinara and mozzarella. Tasted fine. Wife’s wrap was equally as spicy with very little Caesar taste. Just seemed really basic for a new place trying to carve out it’s own niche. 2* not due to food, but cleanliness of the inside. 3* for the food. There are way better hole in wall italian options available.

50 dollars for nasty food , hot wings no sauce and wasn’t cooked well done, pizza subs is NOT A PIZZA SUB it looks like French bread pizza, the meatball sub barely and sauce and Nasty . My first time and last time I’am so disappointed on this trash they call food , some of these 5 star reviews are fake. They have to be.. and this is a pizza sub no it is not.

First time eating at the restaurant. Ordered an X-Large cheese with basil. Being a native New Yorker I can honestly say that this pizza is phenomenal. The sauce and dough are perfect! Will definitely be ordering again. Great job

I just deleted the 5 star review I had previously posted a few months ago to lower it to 1 star and say that I may never come back. We ordered 2 pizzas at 9:15 just to have them canceled by the employee. Im guessing he didn’t want to make our order that close to closing? Now we have no dinner for our family and a pending transaction on our card. That was our dinner money for tonight. Thanks for nothing, Rinos, your service has really gone downhill since you opened.

Ordered online and by the time we got there it was ready! It was excellent! Lots of cheese! A NY style crust. Not soggy. Not heavy on sauce. Fresh ingredients. Ingredients out to the crust. Piping hot and super friendly service. Even the website was easy. We ordered the deluxe xl and the price was right too. For any of my NY friends visiting, I highly recommend this place.

Great food. Nice little place, very large servings. They always give you a little something extra. I’ve been there several time. & had the Chicken Cacciatore, Pizza, Fettucine Alfredo. All was great & more than I could eat at 1 sitting.
