This place is below average I think. The prices are a little too steep for what you get. I think they also need to adjust their times of being open. The food tasted average on some & below average on other items. My sushi fell apart when I touched it with my chopsticks. The shrimp tempura came with only two pieces of shrimp…..and 8 tempura vegetables. There was an option for ordering only veg tempura….I did not, but after getting my plate & looking at what I got, I felt like I did. Did I mention there was only two shrimp….? The dressing in the salad was probably one of the worse ginger dressings I have ever had and very minimal was given. The gyoza was the average part of the meal. The rice was so bland, it was like eating nothing. My husbands sushi was “okay”. But some of his fell apart as well. Not a good sushi roller apparently. The soup was okay. But it was like playing “hunt for the tofu”. I probably won’t go back. There was nothing impressive or good about this place. There are plenty of other sushi/Japanese restaurants to choose from in this town.

Excellent food and simplistic calming atmosphere, (as it should be I think). The time it took for the food to be prepared and served was within reasonable standards. The presentation was rather simplistic but it’s quite challenging to make a presentation very memorable. Went with a group of 4 others and I was not disappointed with the presentation of the food. The dishes go well with the environement. From what I understand the food place was brought about by an out of country family so that when they visit they can have authentic food. One of the biggest reasons I’m not giving 5 stars is because I feel as if a little something is missing. Other than that. I highly recommend this restaurant!

At Rindo, you can really taste the high quality of ingredients they use. I go there frequently for lunch and sometimes for dinner. Their ingredients are really top notch. The service is very good and the Chef is very friendly and creative. My friend has a gluten restriction and the Chef prepared his food separately and made sure not to use any ingredients that have gluten.

My new favorite sushi place. The best I’ve had anywhere in the Midwest. The rice is perfectly cooked, delicately flavored, and the sashimi is very fresh, served at just the right temperature where you can taste the subtleties of the fish without it being fishy. Too bad I don’t live here, I would eat here everyday. I can say however that I look forward to coming back every time I visit for work, or pass by on 65.

The place and staff was really professional, and the food tasted really good. The manager I’m assuming that came to help me was really social and helped me find what I wanted to try. Which I wanted to try three things for the first time including sea urchin which was a really fun and gelatinous texture. Overall the experience was fun and it’s definitely something to try out!

We tried it for the first time last week and we came back last night. I had sushi one time and sashimi the next. The fish was outstanding. The tossed salad had very fresh and crisp greens. I also had the hijiki salad with one meal and something like konbour the next. It’s brand new and they have a detail or two to sort out (like finalizing the menu) but it is definitely a good place to eat.

Foods not bad but just okay… But carryout took 90 minutes and since you order online they don’t warn you of wait. Entire roll was missing in carryout. Don’t want to go back to get it because I can’t wait another hour. Go to esushi on the other side of town instead.

Small portions for the price, and you must pay extra for rice! Very slow service, took a long time to take our order. The food was cold when it finally arrived. We were a party of four and our meals came out 10 to 15 minutes apart. The California roll that was supposed to be an appetizer, came out last and it was horrible, the ginger was moldy.

Come to the place for lunch and tried sushi of the dinner menu, and ohh boy I was disappointed. Rolls were tiny and simple. Got to admit that fish was fresh. Anything else loss of time an money. I will not be back there again. 3 rolls + 2 miso soups + 2 green teas = $ 57 plus tip. Come out to be a pricey and very disappointing lunch.
