I absolutely love colombian food, and this place was definitely not a good representation of colombia. The food quality was horrible. Everything was greasy and bland. Arroz con pollo, which is supposed to be flavor and fresh, was fried with old chicken pieces, some parts burned and extremely greasy!!! I tried to capture the grease on the plate in the picture below. The arepa with cheese was not the typical arepa made with cheese that melts when you brake it. This was a dried and overcooked arepa with a piece of cheese in the middle. Last is the picada for 3 people, all FRIED. The steak was drenched in grease. Aside from food quality, the service was poor as well. Overall, it is not welcoming. The loud TV and lack of energy were a turn-off. We will not be returning. They also include the tip, a total of $75 wasted.

Excellent experience the owner is there everyday making sure everything is good. Celebrated my wife’s birthday there they made it feel like we were with family food also great. All my family enjoyed this little treasure of Colombia.

I was craving a bandeja paisa and ordered through Uber eats, paid more than 30 dollars including delivery fee and tip which I don’t mind but I instead of getting a bandeja paisa, I got some grilled chicken with rice and beans and maduros. I feel cheated, there was no chicharron, no huevo, no aguacate, no arepa, no carne asada. I was starving and ended up with such a sloppy order.

The red beans here are truly superb. Better than any other Colombian restaurant I’ve visited in Miami. Comparable, even, to my Colombian mother’s cooking. So yes! Go there and eat their beans either in the Bandeja Paisa or as a side dish. You won’t be disappointed.

Worst experience… I don’t recommend this place. Food is bad smells bad and half raw. Beans are old and reheated gave me stomach ache. Never return. Usually colombian restaurants are the best but this is clearly the exception. I wouldn’t be surprised if they close soon.

First time at this location. Service was good and very professional. However the food lacked in every sense of the word. I ordered beef empanadas and they were crunchy a little hard as well as the beef was not to par. The Beef Stripe soup had the right temperature However the beef stripes did not meet expectations as they were soggy. The sobrebarriga criolla was cooked ok and had consistency; however the beans were lacking texture. The churrasco was cooked but was salty. Based on all of the above the reason they made it to a 3 star was the service. I would not recommend this place unless you need to be out of sight as the place does have that feeling.
