We found this place to be really extraordinary, Marcus was extremely helpful in suggesting options. We had the pistachio pasta and the beef burger, the pasta was very unusual and great in flavour! The view was breathtaking and it was even more special for a celebratory dinner when they got a cheesecake! Prefect evening in the canyons anyone can ask for!

Altogether a slightly better-than-average meal. Bison steak was too tough, and slightly bitter from being over-charred. We also ordered two plates of medium rare venison but one came rare (Gordon Ramsay would claim it could still run across the road…) and another medium. Lamb was very fragrant though, with a nicely seared top crust that was perfectly seasoned.

Wine list was extensive and varied; food was what I was looking for local flavor and taste, and the atmosphere relaxing with scenic view. Thank you Tosh for the relaxing experience at the Rimview Terrace.

Omfg! We had such a horrible start to our day. Which was my boyfriend’s birthday . After we left Las Vegas for a much needed break, stuck in grid lock traffic for 2 hours. We made it to our hotel. Hungry and stiff this place was right next to our hotel. We walked over, not knowing you needed a reservation. They took us in and seated us right away. Not to include on a side note. Anyone in hospitality hates people like us… they were closing at 9pm and we walked in at 8:05 pm. They were still so amazing. Hats off to the chefs. Of course I can never finish ANY meal, my boyfriend made quick work of the biggest dish there, yup the tomahawk steak. Came out sizzling! I had the Cornish hen with a sweet potato. My gosh the cranberry sauce was amazingly paired with the Cornish hen, and the sweet potato was so different and yummy. I almost just ate that as my meal!!! Oh, did I mention they start you off with corn bread, as my mother would say, ” real butter, not lard” with it. The butter was so good, that could’ve been an appetizer. The cornbread was good but had a little warmth to it; so if you don’t like seasoning it wouldn’t be for you. Then… the best thing ever. To fix such a horrible day/ birthday the whole staff got together and signed a wonderful happy birthday card. Not to include they brought out cheesecake with a candle. We all sang happy birthday

I never leave bad reviews, but this place really bummed me out because it has such great potential. The view is amazing. However, the service was so slow, it was unbelievable. We were there for two hours, and definitely did not want to be. The food was subpar: the shrimp cocktail was warm, I didn’t get my salad dressing until about 30 minutes after the salad (and after asking about 3 times,) the free cornbread was a nice touch but ours was undercooked and raw in the middle. They totally forgot my father’s meal so he just canceled the order rather than wait even more. And worst of all there was an awful stench of sewage wafting up from below. I really hope they can get it together here! :/

Host is super friendly. The food is great and the price is super affordable considering it’s kind of a fancy place. The place is nice and clean with great view. But the service was SUPER SLOW! Only one waiter and he seems pretty brain dead. It was just us and it took about 45 mins to get our food. They’re really slow at cleaning tables as well. The dirty tables that were there before we got there were still untouched by the time we left. I wonder if the waiter is the one who has to do everything from taking the order, cooking, serving and cleaning He surely takes his sweet time. Their chicken wings are good. I’d suggest you call in the order and pick it up.

Had an amazing time getting to eat dinner here on Labor Day. Extremely easy to be seated for 2 people without reservations on the beautiful outdoor patio overlooking the hills with a nice sunset.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at a restaurant with excellent food and good service. The flavors were fantastic, and the dishes were nicely presented. It’s always a delight when a restaurant can provide both high-quality and visually appealing dishes.

Phoned ahead to make sure they had space, sure no problem head on over. However, when I arrived they had decided to close an hour and half early as it was a “slow day” leaving no time to make other plans

Warning they charge an 18% service charge if you order food. This is not gratuity for the servers its for the kitchen staff. Never have we had to pay a service charge to eat at an establishment. Party of 4 arrived Saturday night 5:30 pm with reservations. The view is the only thing phenomenal about this place. We ordered our drinks only to arrive after our appetizer of a charcuterie board due to our waiter was only 17 years old, can’t serve alcohol. The only decent thing we ate probably because nothing had to be cooked on it. My husband ordered the trout no sumac powder guess what it had sumac powder, I along with someone else in our party ordered the Mushroom pasta mine was cold, bitter, very sour taste. His however was hot and he liked it. 4th dish she ordered was just a plate of veggies cauliflower, asparagus and brocolini totaling $36 the portion didn’t warrant the price or presentation. When I sent my pasta back I ordered a Cobb salad with blue cheese dressing what I received was blue cheese butter had to ask for ranch to go with it very little bacon and tomato. We repeatedly had to have someone retrieve our waiter as he was no where to be found. This place should have paid us to dine in. Do not recommend for dinner at all.
