I want so badly to give The Ridge 5 stars. But, three strikes and you are out. Small town vibe, in the mountains, beautiful view, amazing food… BUT! CRAZY assembly line, get you in out as fast as they can service. It makes me sad. The ambiance is there 100%, but they move you through literally as fast as they can to get you out. We come here weekly but after 3 strikes we are out to find another restaurant. Advice for management: Treat your guests like you actually want them there. Like you care. It’s all about money and not the experience, we get it. The last three times have been horrible – to say the least. We feel rushed every single time. in and out in under 30 minutes. Sorry. Poor. The food is good but not excellent. We came for the mountains and will head to The Cliff in Draper, or something similar. We are done. It’s time to level-up your service.

The reopening has been quite the letdown. We have eaten there twice since the Ridge has reopened for dining and take out. Tonight our pizzas were burnt to charcoal on the edges and bottom to the point of being inedible. The cheese was not melted on top of the pizza and the sausage was still cold. We miss the “old” ridge”.

If it wasn’t for our waitress, I would’ve given this one star. The pizza was totally burned to the point where it was completely inedible. I ate the toppings because I didn’t want to complain, but it was so bad that I had to say something. Luckily, there was a couple sitting close by who sent their burned pizza back and noticed that mine was burned too, so they spoke up for me. The waitress came over and offered to bring me another pizza. I got another pizza that was less burned, which was fine but nothing to write home about. The atmosphere and waitress were the only good things.

Worth a drive up the hill! Clean, airy space with attractive outdoor seating, friendly servers and lightning-fast service. Our pizzas (delicious) arrived in just minutes. Good selection of beer and wine too.

Fancy. Upscale restaurant without the upscale prices. At least compared to other places I’ve been. We had to make a reservation and glad we did. The place was clean and presentable.

Could have been the timing of the meal or just their own preparedness but I was way impressed with the service.

Case study in restaurant mismanagement. Nice venue. Captive market that has quadrupled in size over the past 5 years. Yet they can’t make a go of it and stay open with regular hours. Either gross mismanagement or owners don’t care. Too bad. Demand is there. (1 star service rating is for owner service to community, not wait staff. Wait staff is great when open)

Amazing food at a great price. Had a fantastic fish and chips special last night. Local “top of the mountain ” place. Very family friendly. Great service. Pizza is a specialty with standard and unique toppings. Breakfast and lunch are amazing. They deliver too. Can get a beer, cocktails, wine. Has a little convenience store also.

Cute quaint spot with amazing views! There’s ample indoor and outdoor seating with gorgeous views of the mountain and the valley. Most of the food was good fun of the mill breakfast, a few things (ricotta pancakes and french toast in particular) were fantastic. Coffee was decent. You order at the counter and then food is brought to your table, so there’s not much in the way of service. But a lovely spot for brunch for sure!

First time back since they’ve reopened / reorganize and it was great! This was a really, really good food experience. Staff was very personal. Ambiance was quaint. Menu was amazing (they do breakfast & lunch now). Food was excellent! We’ll be back to try out the rest of the menu. Thanks guys!
