The food is good; like Tom’s or Tommy’s. I ordered a combo: hamburger, fries, and a drink. I told her yellow peppers and ketchup. And, for the chicken strips a thousand island dressing. Once, I arrived home nothing was inside of the bag. Not complementing the meals, of course, the prices are not really cheap. I would return to this place, probably not. That’s the reason for 3 stars, not really customer service oriented.

This place is good I guess..not all bad but I was really disappointed in my breakfast sandwich. It fell apart. Lacked flavor it needed some spice. Anyway. It’s cheap burgers if that’s what your looking for but not cheap in price. Good luck

Burger joints usually have bomb hooked up salads. Unfortunately this spot gave me a soggy wet salad with brown lettuce. I never give bad reviews but to think the salad was edible/servable to a paying customer was crazy after staring at it while bagging it up. For an avocado salad there was half an avocado. Then when asked for a fresh salad because the 1st was old it seemed they put less avocado than the soggy old salad. Their other items are maybe worth a try. Maybe it was just a long day?

I was in the neighborhood and saw Ricks Drive Thru and decided to give it a shot and I had no idea I would be blown away by how perfect the food was . the cheeseburger was amazing! french fries were good and came seasoned , not to mention the chicken club sandwich was very good! I will definitely come back here! Thanks Ricks, was Yummerz 🙂

I was very DISAPPOINTED when they were trying to give us a BURN PIZZA . The ElMonte Shakey’s has really gone down hill. I hope we Never come back. I rather drive all the way to Alhambra Shakey’s and spend my money there. There service is much much better.

Was very hungry when I stopped. The french fries tasted reheated, the burger didn’t have much flavor, and I would definitely not recommend this food. The people were friendly, but apparently they don’t like using salt. I ended up miles down the road, not wanting to turn around after a few bites, I stopped at a different restaurant

The food is really good . Very affordable prices. Their selection is good, they cover breakfast, lunch & dinner. Breakfast served all day, so I was told. I ordered the burger combo with cheese and fries $7 & a soda it was really tasty, I recommend. The building itself is not to appealing to the eye nor is the area, but the food is really good. It’s worth ordering ahead of time, which they do offer, also there is a drive thru, you can’t really see it but it is there are the right side of the building. There is a indoor seating area with a couple of booths and also three tables out front for outdoor seating, but both are limited. Customer service is great. Very friendly service, very helpful.
