I ordered their icecream shake, cheeseburger & fries, plus tried out their water ice (chocolate chip/rainbow), and all of them were really good! Their very friendly and quick with the orders& very relaxing vibes. Located between Acme& Philly Pretzel Factory in Levittown. Coming back here in the future for sure!

I absolutely love their ice cream, but the servers need to be more careful. When ordering through a third party app, I always leave a note to NOT give me cherries, and sometimes I get a cherry in my ice cream anyway. I’m allergic; having a fuzzy tongue is not fun! Please pay more attention to the notes, or make a radio button option for “no cherry” available in the apps.

The food here is just OK. I normally just get ice cream. It’s not the best, but they take debit cards, unlike most other ice cream stands in the area. Lots of choices, as well. Teens work here, so they don’t always have the best work ethic or customer service skills.

We have been coming here for several years now. We mostly get ice cream. The ice cream is delicious… My favorite flavor is the black, sweet cherry and my husband loves their cookies and cream. And I will say some of the prices are a little steep and the Sundaes are a little skimpy on the ice cream. We found a similar ice cream store closer to where we live that sells the same brand of ice cream and also sells it a couple dollars cheaper for the same sized items so we have been coming to Richman’s less. However, my daughter does like that Richman’s has a larger selection of food because she tends to changed up every time instead of getting the same thing and she also likes that Richmond has the enclosed area and also the covered seating area, unlike the other place, where we had been going, which is entirely all outside and not covered. Is there a large selection of food and snacks means they have some thing for everyone which is a plus.

I ordered a vanilla cone with jimmies and chocolate dip. What a mess!!! I think if they put the jimmies on first then the chocolate dip it wouldn’t have been so bad. The cone was super sloppy and just running down my hand. It wasn’t even hot out or I’d have expected that. It was still yummy and the Italian ice is yummy too. I’ll keep coming back and I’ll bring a bottle of water to wash the mess off my hands. Lol
