Wow.. unique New York gem in an Ohio farm community. Absolute, fantastic service. The vernacular, pace and tempo of service staff transports you to Manhatten. Staff is quick with suggestions and recommendations, and they are spot on to enhance your food selection. The Prosciutto with fresh mozz was perfect. I will stop again when my travels bring me back through.

I loved the super stacked classic Reuben! It’s like Katzinger’s (debatably better), without the downtown Columbus mayhem. And the mini cannolis was the best I have ever had vs. 3 to 4 star Italian restaurants. Will return for more!

Cute little spot in Circleville. I got the Brooklyn Classic that had Genoa Salami, pepperoni, fresh mozz, roasted peppers and deli dressing. I opted for lettuce, tomato and pickles. Pickles were a good choice for this sandwich as they had a little spice to them. The bread was crispy and light. My daughter had the Buffalo Special. It wasn’t great. Pricey in my opinion. $47.00 for a sub, 1/2 lb of antipasto, 2 waters and a tip.

This was my first and my last time I’ll be going here. It took almost 30 minutes to finally get our 2 sandwiches. The 2 orders after us got their food before we had to ask if our food was ready. It was just sitting there for who knows how long. The person behind the counter was more concerned with personal conversations than getting though the line of people.

Me and my Husband went here this month for our first time. The guy on the register talked to the lady in front of us for almost 10 minutes while a line was getting long behind us. I ordered our sandwiches and he kept asking if I wanted chips or drinks or a side dish. I kept saying ” no thank you I just wanted the sandwiches.” Had to say no a few times as he kept saying everything he had if I wanted it.Then we waited almost another 30 minutes to get out sandwiches. The whole time the guy kept saying the exact same “joke” over and over again. The lady behind us and the two gentleman behind her got their sandwiches before us. I popped behind the counter a bit and told them that and asked where ours were. They had been wrapped up and just sitting there for who knows how long. I’ve been wanting to try this place for awhile and finally did just to have the experience not good and the food wasn’t bad but mediocre. Definitely wasnt worth the price they were. I will never go back there.

We happened to stop by Richie’s on a roadtrip and it was well worth the drive from the highway. It was incredibly delicious — they even had a vegetarian and a vegan sandwich option, as well as scrumptious cannoli. The customer service was phenomenal and the whole family was highly satisfied (we couldn’t stop talking about it the last 5 hours of the drive). We thoroughly enjoyed our visit, and if we are ever in the area again, we will enthusiastically return!!

Food was SO good, service was fantastic (love the energy, suggestions, & friendliness!), and it’s just a fun place to be! Definitely a favorite- will recommend & be back often. The Meatball & The Spicy One are some of the best subs I’ve ever had, and the potato & macaroni salads are the best around.
