First off great subs but I’ll never ever go back. The customer service SUCKS. My husband ordered 6 whole subs to pick up, I was in the car when he placed the order. I went to pick it up and they greeted me and asked how they can help me. I said I have an order to pick up and gave my name. When I looked in the bag there was 2 whole subs and a half of a sub, I said my husband ordered 6 whole subs. The girl at the counter says ( with an attitude) “ no he didn’t”, I replied, “yes he did “. She said what’s in the bag ? I said two whole subs and a half. I said what subs are in the bag, And she said two whole Italian subs and a half a club with bacon I replied, he did not order a sub with bacon and she said ( with an attitude) “yes he did”. I said to her I would like four more whole subs please And she said, ( with an attitude ) “ I guess the half of a sub is a waste now”.

Spectacular! The shop was clean and the service was prompt and so polite. A young woman cut the meats and a young man put the veggies and shakers on. Both were polite and smiling, a rare thing now a days and so quick. Absolute gems!! Amazing quality sandwich piled HIGH with meat and toppings. One of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. Will stop there anytime I’m in the area without question. Thank you so much!!

I’ve been going to this place when not originally started out as a Blimpies. Then it became Richards Sub world several years after. This is the best place for a Sub, very friendly staff, great thick subs! They don’t skimp on lunch meat. This establishment is a ICON of Bayville. The best sandwiches in Ocean County!

Went here after being told by a few friends that they have the best subs! So I called I called & ordered a whole turkey & cheese sub walked in and paid $19.03 which I though was pricey but figured it was worth it. Got home opened it up and I’ve had better from the local convenience store, there was barely any meat or cheese on the sub . I couldn’t believe what I just paid almost $20 for, not a happy customer.

I don’t even live in the area anymore, but I thought about this place as I’m eating a subpar sub. Brings back so many memories when I was a kid in the early 2000’s. My dad and I would always come here and get a sub. The best ever!

Waited 30 minutes the meat was cut thick a ton of lettuce and ask for oil vinegar and mayo very dry and 18.00 very disappointed miss the old owners that was the best won’t be going back

Great quality subs, and even better variety. This seems to be a family owned business because the chains have NOTHING over this place! Never had a bad meal here. Their homemade macaroni salad is great too. Plus, the folks who work here are always friendly & helpful.
