I ordered honey garlic chicken wings that they charge extra for and got regular honey chicken. I Paid them an extra convenience fee on the site AND A TIP to still get the wrong order. The lady in the front was putting Pepsi in my order when the receipt clearly said SPRITE. That should’ve been a good indication to check my order. Check your orders because they don’t. I called and they want me to go all the way back and then they said they would refund me the difference when the manager got there. I highly doubt this will get resolved. After a long day of work it would be nice to get the dinner I paid for. See below for the receipt and the order for yourselves.

Was craving Chinese. Ordered General Tso’s Chicken from Rice Bucket. They had a great special that included fried rice, egg roll and two crab rangoons for $13.95! All my favorite things! I don’t eat pork so I asked if they would do vegetable fried rice and a spring roll instead. They honored my request.

The food from there is great, but the last two times I ordered it has taken way too long to receive my food and I only live 5 minutes away. I ordered at 6pm and was told 40 to 60 minutes. Well, it’s now 7:37 and still no food! I called twice and both times they said he was “on his way”. I’ve never had issues with then before these last two times but I will not be ordering from there again if it’s gonna be so long for food that is very easily and quickly done.

WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM HERE ANYMORE! I always order for me and my son and never had an issue! Thanks to INFLATION they now have a minimum for delivery even though they are already charging you a delivery fee! Unbelievable! Done. They now lost me as a customer.
