My husband and I decided to stop at Rice Bowl Express to try the food out…it was great. We actually made a 30 minute drive a different time. We definitely recommend Rice Bowl Express if you’re in the area or to just go out for a drive.

False advertisement! This is not what is shown in the image of the seafood rice. This is literally rice with 4,5 pieces of seafood. On the image at the drive through you can hardly even see the rice. The owner needs to change this menu or change the way you cook this plate. It is unacceptable and as I see all his replies say to call customer service. Thus, no change to the way they make business.

It is 10/14/2022 and 1115am. They are still not open. Most of the time when I visit at 11am they are not open,? Change your time if you need to open later than what you post???

Phenomenal experience. Local Location 10min drive for me. Top notch food, atmosphere, and staff are amazing. Have been here multiple times, and every time is an amazing experience all around. I always take my out of town guests here, as the food is always superb. Definitely a lifetime customer!

They closed 25 minutes earlier and refused to take my order. Won’t be visiting them again guess I’ll start going to panda express or elsewhere.

I was very upset when I found a maggot in my food today . I’ve been coming here since a child and the food has always been pretty good, but over the years the portions and preparation quality has declined. When I asked for a refund, the guy who’s been working there for as long as I can remember looked careless after I told him what the issue was. Regardless, he did give me my money back with no hesitation, but what really upset me was that he did not have the decency to look my way anymore and offer an apology. All this to say it saddens me that I will not be going back anymore to what a lot of us who live nearby consider a neighborhood gem. If you’re a returning customer there, I’d advise you to make sure you inspect your food before eating it.
